★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We got in the same day as we rescued our kitten and needed to get him checked out to make sure he is healthy. Everyone was super friendly and so helpful, highly recommend! Our new vet!
August 11 · Abigail BakerThe Doctor and staff were so friendly and kind to our little puppy Cookie. I would recommend this office for your pet. It was clean, and they were patient.
July 31 · Michelle LarrahonaWe brought our new puppy in with an eye injury. So glad we found this place! They were all so kind and reassuring, provided excellent care and it was reasonably priced. We will come here with all of our pets from now on.
March 26 · Camille LeGrandThe girls here are great, my cat seemed to be pretty comfortable with the experience. No scratching happened(Obviously important), they made sure to bring a treat to distract her and let me be a part of the process. Some vets don't always take you back with your pet so I appreciated that part of it. Will be back again.
July 31 · Shae RomeHaving known the original owner Dr Powell, I brought my dog knowing she’d be in great hands as the animals care is most important. Not this place any longer, it’s run on greed. Having gone here a few years, the feeling of being taken care of has gone down to feeling this is just about money and not the animals care. 3 visits, one my dog had allergy issues we tried other options having to already shell out $600 for other services needed prior to what my dog needed addressed for allergies. I felt rushed and I didn’t get the additional meds (my fault). Went back and felt more welcome Dr West was great, gave the allergy shot and my dog was 100% the next day! I was asked to come back for a complimentary check up in 10 days. Today, I was asked what she’s been give for flea meds, I just purchased 6 months of meds at $200 1 month ago. I was asked if we need more, no I have 5 months still. I was told the visit would be charged for a follow up. After the office manager came in (who was there last time) didn’t recall hearing this and it’s not their policy. I informed her what the Dr stated (without even hearing from the Dr), the office manager says if she’s good you can just take her home. No care to check on the situation or clarify from the Dr. I see this is just a money grab of a business not looking after the wellbeing of animals. My dog and other family dogs will be going to a better vet.Older reviews on here was the original owners, please be sure to see all CURRENT reviews prior to making a decision to take your animal(s) here.
