LETS SEE!This facility should be shut down. Gave our cat a diabetic diagnosis and have been in limbo since, for 2 whole weeks, UNTREATED. When we call for an update, they dont have any answers "because they dont see any notes" which I assumed is a part of a front office staffs job description? She also said I "would be called by the supervisor at her earliest convivence" as if my CATS HEALTH is at THEIR convivence!!!! "Ultimately fatal: If left untreated, diabetes will cause cats to suffer, and it is ultimately fatal. "Was spoken to rudely by Teresa and Chantel for asking them to do their jobs. Asked for corporate number and Teresa's response immediately that "all calls are recorded" well great for me, not so much for you! Although Thank god SOMETHING is recorded since your patient notes are NOT! Put me on hold for over 3 min to find the corporate number which went directly to a voicemail anyways. This place is SHAMEFUL and should not be open at all due to broken systems, lack of care, and people who just do not know how or want to do their jobs. Bunch of losers if you ask me!

I called today and they have refused service so I found another Vet . Last time I was there they tried to draw my dog’s blood in the lobby. Why have exam rooms?The Cairo practice manager is very rude and her daughter is employed there and should be a conflict of interest. She thinks it’s appropriate to share a post that she often whispers in the ears of pet parents that “your owner is an idiot”. Delete it I have the screenshots.This vet is owned by AVG (American Vet Group ) in Tampa Florida. I’ve called for over a month and no results. It’s all about money. They refused services but continue to solicit my email. I will be filing complaints with veterinarian board.Absolutely do not recommend this place. I spent hundreds at another vet today. Run from this place (based on my experiences)Their employees have time to post on Facebook when they should be working and insist on doing their procedures out of pet parent’s presence. They care….about your money.

That gave me one price for my dog,and when I picked her up it was double.I payed the whole amount. Then I ordered meds from Chewy, They told Chewy they never heard of me.Horrable way to do business.
May 19, 2024 · Linda PotterAfter a yearly exam on my 13 year old dog, there to just get the rabies, DHPP and Bordetella shots. Unfortunately, he also had an ear infection. After trying to upsell me on MANY unnecessary tests for other things, the vet, Dr Hill came in. Duke also had a skin tag she could remove. Then all is said and done and I check out to an almost $400 bill! NONE of the pricing was discussed with me PRIOR. Apparently the Dr thought the tech discussed and the tech thought the Dr discussed. But, neither of them did. I would have NOT had some things done, as I am on a tight budget, as I just lost my husband. Called and Tracy was condescending and had no empathy at all, admitting things went wrong, as the pricing should have been discussed. I will NOT step foot back into this establishment even after going there for 6 years with 3 dogs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
