★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1You all were excellent!!! So impressed. Rooney only needed a test and glands cleared, but they came out to the car and were so friendly and knowledgeable. They even told us about a groomer. I would trust them with Rooney for any issue. Both ladies who came to the car. Both had short hair and tats. I'm sorry, I don't recall their names. SO friendly and just lovely. ☺️ They gave the most wonderful first impression. We will be customers forever. The interest in us and Rooney and the professionalism and knowledge.
June 24 · Martha AlexanderI am so grateful for the care we received at AVH. Everyone from the person answering the phone, the techs, to the Dr, were all AMAZING, patient, considerate, and kind.AVH worked to get us in bc we were going back to Florida by the end of the week.Leah (sp?) met us on a surgery day to scan the puppy for a chip, and scheduled us an appointment for the next day. She was so patient, kind, and informative. The vet tech was amazing and the Dr was so patient and kind. Thank you for the care your staff provided for our little stray puppy and for taking the time (that was in short supply) to see her.It was so wonderful to see her feeling better every day following her visit.
August 04 · Jill BenfieldI've been taking Maddie to Andrews Veterinary Hospital for nearly five years. They have been great. The staff/techs are kind, caring & work hard to make sure the animals receive the best possible care. Dr.Baker & Dr.Emily are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, gentle & kind. I fully trust them. Pricing is fair as well.
June 18 · Edward MampreyanI feel that everyone involved in the care of my cat, from the receptionist to the technician to the doctor, had my cat's best interest at heart. They truly care about animals, and specifically my animals, and provide the best care and treatments possible. They explain every option available and include my wishes in the treatment plan. Tech Dylan is always wonderful and friendly and truly cares about my pets. I appreciate how Dr. Baker talks to me like an equal, and takes my opinions and desires into consideration when we are developing a treatment plan for my pets.
July 01 · Linda EsryMy appointment was not rushed in anyway, this was a new dog for us so we had lots of questions and ample time was allowed for a very through appointment. I appreciate the kindness and care we received. This is tough to find any the world today and Andews Vet clinic still presents this very well. The vet tech who assisted us was extremely empathetic, kind and informative. She was knowledgeable, made aware of every step and cost and really educated us prior to the Vet entering. This really allowed us to ask the right questions and get down to the important questions when the Vet entered the room. It made for an efficient and seamless visit. She ( sorry I did not remember your name) is a true gem in todays world where just finding someone to show up for work is half the battle. Please pass along my appreciation of a young lady that exuded confidence in her job and ability and truly seemed happy to be at her Job. I appreciate your demeanor and find it to be a rarity today Vet tech was amazing and so kind hearted. A true treasure in todays world. Keep up the good work!
