★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Fern got in trouble running in the woods, and something punctured her inner flank. They worked us in, on emergency status, with a full parking lot; they were kind, informative, and supportive. She seems to understand her E-collar, and that it's a great clinic. I agree. With thanks to Dr. Lawlor and all who had a hand on her.
May 06 · Dawn DavisAll of my animals go to Big Bear Veterinary Clinic, and they’ve always been wonderful—professional, kind, and easy to work with. When I took in two new barn kittens, my plan was to get through their initial vaccines and spay/neuter at a lower-cost clinic, then get them established at Big Bear for long-term care like I do with all my animals. But my visit elsewhere ended up being one of the most frustrating vet experiences I’ve ever had. The communication was awful, the staff came off as condescending, and I left feeling completely dismissed and irritated. That experience reminded me exactly why I’ve always trusted Big Bear. They actually care about the animals and the owners. I haven’t taken the kittens there just yet, but that’s where they’ll be going moving forward. There’s really no comparison.Cheap care shouldn’t mean careless care. Big Bear sets the bar, and I’m grateful to have them in our community.
July 04 · Hoggy Doggy FarmsHad the Big Bear mobile vet team of Dr. Elrod and assistant Rolly to our home this morning to corral our incredibly skittish indoor/outdoor cat Harry for a complete wellness check up. After an exam, blood test for 3 feline diseases(he passed), 3 vaccinations and application to prevent fleas, ticks and ear mites, I am happy to report that everyone survived! Dr. Elrod was extremely kind and answered my never ending questions and Rolly was very gentle with Harry. The fees were reasonable and I was able to use my AMEX credit card, which around here is a rarity...suffice to say we will be using this great team to keep up with all Harry's annual preventive visits, who by the way is sacked out on the couch!!🐈😊
April 22 · Carolyn WellsI’ve been using them for maybe 4 years now and I am extremely grateful for them! The staff is always informative and polite, especially considering what a difficult job they have. I’m appreciative for the emergency services they provide, too. Thank you for all you do!
December 04 · Sarah WhelanI've brought several in. First was our cat Boots who got into something and had to be stitched up, then was Fry who had hotspots, now we've brought in two puppies that we rescued. They have been very kind and helpful throughout all. I plan to only bring my fur babies here as the staff is so wonderful and kind. Making sure we know what is needed to be known and that the animals are well taken care of when in their establishment.
