★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for this practice somehow. I absolutely adore this practice and recommend them to everyone who is looking for a vet for their cats, dogs, or guinea pigs.I followed Dr. Still from her previous practice to this location, as she is just so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She listens to every concern and really walks you through all of the possible treatment options. She’s been seeing my guinea pigs for ages, and tried so many different treatments when I had a guinea pig with a chronic treatment-resistant illness. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She’s always willing to admit when something is outside of what she feels comfortable doing, however, 99% of the time she’s able to work with my little critters. She and Dr Ahern managed to get two urinary stones out of one of my guinea pigs for literally like 1/5th of the cost I expected. The staff here is wonderful, I haven’t run into a single individual who hasn’t been friendly and professional. Again, I truly can’t recommend them enough.Included guinea pig photo tax 😂
May 12 · Briar DurantI’m sorry to say the service here is not up to par and I would never recommend this vet. The good is Soled, a tech or admin, is amazing and she’s always been very kind I know she took care of our dog like we would hope while he was boarding. The bad is the communication between the front desk and the vet and techs is non-existent, an example is I brought my dog in for a groom and his yearly visit. They said they would have to do his groom first and I asked them to call me so I could be present for his vet visit since I had some questions I wanted to ask the vet directly. I had to call them back 3 hours later to be told he was already seen by the vet he’s fine. No questions answered, no opportunity to see the vet period, unless I booked another appointment. Why would I pay $80 to not know if you even looked at my dog? Another time they forgot to actually administer the shot I brought him in for. It’s understandable not every visit will be perfect but I’ve had multiple issues here over the last 3 years and unfortunately will have to look for another vet. I would be cautious spending your money here before looking elsewhere.
