★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Landrum and your entire staff, thank you all for everything. I hope you remember me and my cat, Bola. We visited you a few times back in February due to a urinary obstruction. It was a tough few weeks. All other veterinarians told me that Bola only had 24 to 48 hours to live. However, Dr. Landrum saw what I saw, and Bola was not ready yet. I am delighted to inform you that Bola is doing very well. 😊 We will forever be thankful. Thank you for your kind words and support.
July 01 · Madelyn ValdiviaMOST AMAZING PLACE EVER! The vets & staff here are so incredibly kind, patient, thorough, caring, & knowledgeable. I wanted to give a specific shoutout to Megan & Dr. Jessica. We have five cats & two dogs & this is our go to place for any emergencies. Place is kept clean & does not smell weird. Extremely reasonable prices & they’re always so happy to explain things & answer any questions you may have. If I could give this place 100 stars I would, but five stars is the best option for this. Thank you so much for always taking care of our babies & being so kind to us. We can truly feel that they genuinely care.*DO NOT GO TO BLUE PEARL OR VETERINARY EMERGENCY GROUP. TRUST ME!!!! THEY DONT CARE & CHARGE CRAZY PRICES TO TREAT YOUR FUR BABIES.*
May 08 · Julia TranAmazing Emergency Vet in the Sandy Springs area. My wife found a newborn kitten and they gave me a starter feeding kit and plenty of information to give this little guy the best chance possible. Jenny was very informative and knowledgeable. Jermanie met me in the lobby area and was very kind. And the receptionist Lauren was super nice and efficient at her job.Got a heating pad at Kroger and a few additional supplies from Petco and everything is going well. Will definitely recommend them and use this emergency Vet in the future.
May 07 · Malcolm DavisStaff excellent. Kind and warm to my little one, who is usually scared of vets, but she was okay here! Lauren, Becky and Joel were fantastic - competent, great with explanations, went above and beyond. Affordable, especially compared to nearby pet EMRs.
August 28 · drive the carWhile they ultimately did help me and my cat, and the doctor was nice, knowledgeable and supportive, I’d have to say the overall experience was not good. Initially they were helpful and kind, but we were left in a room for over an hour before anyone even checked on us. Having to take your animal to an emergency vet is stressful enough- a little more compassion would have been appreciated.
