Nov 29, 2022 · Irish RomanoWe’re only part-time local residents so our dog’s regular veterinarian is located out of state. When she developed an obviously painful ear infection up here in CT on a Saturday we weren’t sure where to turn. We called Litchfield Veterinary and they found an emergency opening for us in their busy day. We were there just a couple of hours after calling. The facility itself is clean and modern. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very efficient. By the time we saw Dr. Trusock she already had our dog’s full medical history from our regular vet’s office and an analysis of an ear swab done by the friendly and professional tech. Dr. Trusock herself was a real pleasure. Our pup is on her way to recovery and we plan to make this office her regular vet. We highly recommend Dr. Trusock and this practice based on our experience.
Dec 22, 2024 · Michael RabinThis was my first experience at this veterinary hospital...and I DEFINITELY will be coming back! Unlike most other veterinary hospitals, they were more than willing to take me on as a new client during this pandemic. I have 4 large pups and they are willing to work with me to make sure all of them will get their well care. The staff is kind and courteous and willing to listen to EVERYTHING you have to say and not talk down to you. Dr. Malouin is the BEST! I've had previous experience with his veterinary skills prior to this establishment. My dogs are 'over the moon' to see him again. He is a very knowledgeable and capable vet, and a skilled surgeon offering other options for well care. I'm so glad I was able to reconnect with him. I'd highly recommend their veterinary services.
