When choosing a veterinary clinic in Washington, Timberland Veterinary is a viable option for those seeking a comprehensive range of services. The most compelling reason to consider this clinic is its broad spectrum of offerings, from routine vaccinations to specialized reproductive and surgical services. The clinic’s commitment to providing a wide array of treatments in one location is a significant convenience for pet owners. Furthermore, their dedication to accessibility, with features like wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms, demonstrates a thoughtful and inclusive approach to client service.
It is important to acknowledge the mixed nature of the provided reviews. While one client had a very positive experience, praising the staff's love for their pet and the quick service, another shared a deeply negative and emotionally charged experience. This indicates that while the clinic provides excellent care for some, the personal experience can vary greatly. The second review highlights a serious issue with communication and bedside manner, as well as a refusal to see a patient, which are valid concerns for any potential client. While these issues are important to consider, the clinic's comprehensive services and commitment to being a full-service animal hospital remain factual. For those in the community who have had positive experiences, the clinic is a valuable and trusted resource. It's recommended that new clients engage in a consultation to assess if the clinic's approach aligns with their personal needs and expectations for a veterinary partnership.

April 09 · Shawn d kingThis vet brought back terrible recent experience when my wife died of cancer. She frequently needed both ER and planned visits and Dr's would refuse her service because they didn't like the other ER Dr or hospital she had been to. It ultimately contributed to her death and is why we need socialized medicine. My first visit to Timberline l, the Dr's bedside manner was terrible, she was short tempered and did not listen to or even acknowledge it when I told her my wife had just died and it affected my cats health, they were bonded for 13 years. She then proceeds to start scheduling expensive tests without asking my consent. Months later, I had to take my cat to an ER for severe vomiting and dehydration on a weekend when Timberline was closed. My cat was diagnosed with cancer and when I tried to transfer her ER records to Timberline for a blood test that needed to be done to confirm the diagnosis, they refused to see her, with no explanation and with my cat needing to start chemo within days of diagnosis. IMO, this vet should retire, or hire someone with more patience, who actually listens to the patients owner.
July 08 · Darrel DenuneTheir new facility is still on HWY 12 E, but now within a couple blocks of I-5. It's really beautiful! Tons of waiting space to keep pets safely apart.
July 14 · Jean DonaldsonGreat place!! They are all extremely personal and treat your pets as if they were theirs. This is truly a very experienced office within a small community.
July 29 · SGT SMOKEYQuite a drive from my hometown. However my vet recommended them for OFA certifications for my breeding program. Brian was friendly and informative. The property is beautiful and I like the picnic table and open area for walking my dogs while we wait our turn. With covid in place one has to wait outside.
