★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My dog recently became violently ill all of a sudden. I called the next day and was told to bring her in right away. Ultrasound revealed she had pyrometra, which is life threatening. They performed emergency surgery that day and 4 days later I’m happy to report she was back to her normal, rambunctious self.
August 28 · AdamWe love our veterinarian. We've used Animal Medical Center for many years and for many pets and have always received the best care. The change of ownership was so smooth that you didn't even know unless you were told. The recent face-lift of the facility looks great as well. Our dogs are in the very best of hands.
July 18 · Lamar TrotterI just wanted to come on here real quick and shout out to Animal medical center in Cleveland TN. My sisters dog ate a sock (not the first time) before he passed the sock when using the bathroom and would be fine but this time, it got stuck in his small intestine. He wouldn’t eat and was very dehydrated. We took him to the emergency vet in Chattanooga and they kept him on fluids for 24 hours which cost my sister 1500 all together. They were quoting a very large amount to give him surgery. Only way she could do payment plans was to be approved for scratch pay (she wasn’t) but fortunately was approved for care credit which was just enough for her bill. We called multiple vets trying to find someone who could give him the surgery he needed for less or for payments. We had NO luck and were looking at having to watch him die and we were broken. We were referred to Dr. Brittany Nettles who owns Animal medical center. She was a god send. She gave us a better quote and knew exactly what she was talking about. She was super professional and was incredible to us and our Zeus. He is now back to his old self, hyper and extra loving. If you ever need help for your fur babies, 100/10 recommend this amazing place! They care about your fur baby more than tons of money!
February 27 · Amber HansonI'm extremely upset and disappointed by the service I received for my cat. We came in around May and were told he has a urinary tract problem and he needed immediate assistance with a possible blockage. He had been going to the bathroom fine but just behaving weirdly. The vet there assured us he'd be fine after the treatment. I even brought him back a week later after spending $600+ on him because he still wasn't well. She looked at him, no further testing, and said he was fine. So after he KEPT declining I took him for a second opinion after a few more days.HE HAD CANCER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you guys for not doing deeper research and putting us through such a miserable time feeling we had hope for our fur baby. On top of making his last days MISERABLE! He was so doped up from the pain medication and completely out of it. Next time dig deeper into a problem, a simple ultrasound told the other vet our worst nightmare. I'm writing to you now because it was INCREDIBLE HEARTBREAKING.JUST BECAUSE ITS A MALE CAT DOESNT MEAN ITS ALWAYS A URINARY TRACT INFECTION!I hope no one ever has to go through this, PLEASE IM BEGGING TO DIG DEEPER FOR PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF WASTING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND GIVING PEOPLE FALSE HOPE!!!!!!!!!!
August 06 · CaitlynMonday morning, my sweet lab woke up and couldn't walk. We waited anxiously for them to open at 7 and they were so kind on the phone. We were able to be worked in after 8am. We saw Dr. Richmond and her team. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with kind staff and they even helped us carry her in with an animal stretcher. I have never met a more kind vetinarian and one who would truly listen to us. She ran a panels/bloodwork on our dog that had never been ran and she caught that my dog had hypothyroidism. Since 2021, my sweet baby has had issues with her GI and her joints, and thanks to their staff, we are finally on a true road to recovery! I cannot recommend them enough!!!! This is her before in the car on the way to vet not walking and next day STANDING next to the couch wagging her tail!
