★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am so pleased to have found Sequoyah Animal Hospital! I am fairly new to the area and had a hard time finding a vet that was just right for my pet.Everyone is so kind, friendly, courteous, and professional! My dog Walter loves the whole staff and, for the first time, doesn’t stress about going. They have been tolerant of his tendency to be a little difficult at times, and I really appreciate that too. Happy and relieved to have peace of mind, and (a bonus!) very close to home. :)
October 17 · Melissa YoungNo respect for peoples time, I’ve never waited for less than an hour for my SCHEDULED appointment. I manage a medical office and would never allow patients to wait as long as I always wait here. The least they could do is communicate. Curious if they’d still see a patient who was that late.
July 19 · Michelle WoodI have took a reasonable time to calm down before leaving a review. I would not even give this place one star unless I had to. I am on a fixed income cause I’m handicapped. I tried to be a responsible pet owner and take my animals in to get my dog vaccinated and a stray cat that wouldn’t leave my house checked to make sure she was safe to be around my animals. And her shots. I go in and my dog gets his shots. They tell me something is wrong with the cats belly. I tell them I have very little money most I can afford is $300 for the whole visit. That’s my savings. They do a X-ray and say she has a whole in her abdominal lining and her uterus is full of something. I’m worried so I’m like do what you can but keep in that price range. They keep her sedate her and do an ultrasound. They said she needed emergency surgery to get her uterus removed. At this point I had to pay $365 for first day visit. I couldn’t afford surgery but I couldn’t let cat die. So my partner came up with funds. Next day I take her for surgery. All she’s supposed to have done is spayed and they said they may peak around in her. They call me around noon to tell me that they realized she had already been spayed and they did exploratory surgery. They found out she was just fat. I was so livid. They deducted the exploratory surgery cost cause I didn’t agree to that but charged me $161.45. HOW COULD THEY SEE ON X-RAY A UTERUS SICK AND THERE WAS NO UTERUS!! When I went in originally I was only supposed to pay $140. That’s a $526.45 total of what I spent. And cat still doesn’t have her shots!!! I feel taken advantage of and robbed. Plus my poor cat had surgery when she didn’t need it. So beware before you take your animals to this clinic. I feel I should of been refunded everything but my dogs shots and possibly the X-ray cost cause of their negligence.
June 30 · Samantha NicoleEveryone was so friendly! Alicia was super helpful with her recommendation to them. Abby did great with our pup helped calm his nerves of being in a new place. Doctor Hughes was awesome. They make great recommendations on what's needed but doesn't push things on you that you don't need. Glad we found this place!
March 12 · Amber AblesI've never had a pet who went to this facility yet they keep calling me saying I have a pet named " tilly " and they missed an appt and now they say I owe a vet bill of 1,100.00 and want to know when I am paying it ...I've told them 3 times they have the wrong number and to take it out of thier system and stop calling me but they just keep calling 😡
