Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Its weird but ALL of our pups go crazy with excitement when we are rolling in the parking lot. Absolutely freaking out and they even got spayed, neutered, and shots here too! They just LOVE everyone here! Highly recommended and the Puppy Plan will save you MEGA!
May 14 · Jason LopezI have been bringing my fur babies here for almost 12 years and I love them and how they treat my boys. I recommend them to everyone
July 29 · Gina StabileI would prefer to give a 0 star rating but unfortunately I had to give 1 star just to make a review as they don’t deserve even 1 star. The staff in the pet hospital will tell you invalid information just to get you to sign up for the wellness plan for your pets and how you can cancel it at any time no questions asked and or you can down grade or upgrade your wellness plan at anytime. All of that is not valid they are full of it, don’t get scammed into signing up for the wellness plan cause you will be locked in to a yearly contract and also locked into that monthly payment amount. If you want to cancel the plan they will except you to pay for the remaining monthly payment for the whole year which is a complete rip off. Don’t bother trying to get help from the staff and or the manager as they are careless to your unfortunate situation and very rude.Be careful bringing your pets to Banfield as they are clumsy and careless when taking care of your pets ( I had brought my pets in to get there teeth cleaned and they were so clumsy and drilled my baby’s bottom tooth out ) they are poorly trained and not very experienced and using your pets to practice on which is very scary.Like I said before, be careful and don’t get scammed into signing up for there wellness plans, they are full of it when they tell you that you can cancel at any time and you can upgrade or down grade at anytime. That’s just there way of getting you to sign up.
August 19 · Lindsie LeachIf I could give this place negative stars I wouold. When they try and sell you their "cancel anytime" wellness plan what they fail to tell you is it's not a wellness plan. It is a contract kind of like a loan. You cannot cancel at any time unless you want to pay out the entire contract. It was poorly represented at the time we purchased it. It's sad because the service that was provided was excellent. If you want to sell a payment plan how about you describe it as such. I bet the get a commission each time they sell one.
August 27 · Samantha GaleyAmazing experience for a check-up! Everyone there was so lovely and friendly. Office visit cost ($70) is a bit higher than at my last vet, but not unreasonable. We waited only a few minutes between check-in and being called back. The tech and vet answered all my questions and concerns to make sure my pet stays healthy. During the check-up, they were super gentle and calm with my nervous little cat. I’ve never seen her so calm at the vet, even during her vaccinations. They also didn’t try to upsell me on an FeLV vaccination for her because she’s an indoor cat at the moment, so we agreed her risk is low and it’s not essential for her.I do wish there was a waiting area outside the PetSmart, since all the smells and sounds of a bunch of different animals can be a bit stressful for nervous animals, but everything else was superb.Thank you to everyone who made this experience amazing!
