★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our 10yr old Lhasa Apso Lilly (with the longest tongue in the free world….LOL)had a broken tooth and it had to be extracted. I came across Twin Peaks in Loveland and made her an appointment and took her in. Everyone was so sweet and kind and didn’t make me feel foolish for all of my questions and being a very protective fur-mama. They answered all my questions and got her scheduled quickly for the Twin Peaks Surgery Center in Evans. The Evans office also spoke with us before her surgery to ensure we knew what to expect and to answer any questions we had. The morning of her procedure was nervous time for us but when we arrived everything was amazing. The check-in was smooth and we received updates throughout her procedure and were able to pick her up sooner than expected. The staff followed up with us after she came home and we were free to contact them anytime for any questions we had. They made sure she had all of her meds when she came home and her recovery was beautiful. I do have to mention that Lilly is also my ESA as well as my fur-baby and I have to really feel trust and confidence in who we entrust her care to. To put it simply we love the staff at Twin Peaks Vet Clinic as well as Twin Peaks Surgery Center. They are amazing people and when found out that after your baby is examined they charge a flat fee for dental so there are no surprises. We have actually left our previous vet and she will solely see the doctors at Twin Peaks. I can’t thank them enough and they are amazing.
April 29 · Candy GarnerThe staff at Twin Peaks are amazing. They were so kind right from the start. They took very good care of my Jay Bear. Jay only weighs 6 pounds and I have to be very careful who I let put him under anesthesia. Because surgery and dental is what they specialize in, I knew he was in good hands. I will be forever grateful to the Dr's and staff for treating my little baby so well. Thank you so much!
June 16 · Lisa LangleyWe needed to get our Cavapoo spayed and have some baby teeth removed. Twin Peaks was able to get us scheduled very quickly and did the spay and teeth removal at their Evans facility. I was able to pick her up the same day, and they gave me very detailed instructions for care and directions on when and how to give her meds. They also followed up to see how she was doing. They did excellent work, scheduled us quickly and provided the services at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Twin Peaks for any veterinary services you may need for your pets.
July 09 · Paul RosenthalThis is a wonderful place! They took very good care of my dog Cooper, who is almost 11, and we didn’t have any complications at all. I would definitely recommend them.
April 30 · Carol LehmanAbsolutely great service! Our dog had a broken tooth which needed to be evaluated. He also needed his teeth cleaned. We initially spoke with Kristine who was very helpful and seemed to really understand our concern with finding quality dental care for our dog.Our intake was handled by Soren, who was extremely professional and demonstrated a genuine care for our dog. Because of Soren's obvious expertise, we were very comfortable leaving our dog with Twin Peaks. We found their facility in Evans (Greeley) to be very clean and well organized.Their pricing for dental work (cleaning and extraction) was very reasonable and they tell you up front what things will cost...unlike the other vet's which give you a ridiculously large range of what services "might" cost. Twin Peaks charges a flat rate for services and they stick to what they quote...no surprises.Dr. White was fantastic! She sent us a text letting us know how our dog was doing and updated us on their progress. Dr. White latter called and provided us a very thorough briefing on how things went. A nice thing about Dr. White was that she didn't seemed rushed but rather took her time and answered all our questions.Kyla also reached out the day after surgery to make sure things were good.We highly recommend Twin Peaks and could not be more pleased with the terrific care our dog received.Thank you Dr. White, Soren, Kristine and Kyla.
