★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have three dogs seen by Dr. Richards and they always offer a friendly atmosphere that makes us come back.Today I had my little Mylo brought for dental cleaning. The staff was communicating with me via text messages about the procedure, asking for my concent and informing about Mylo's evolution. Everything went so well. When I arrived to pick Mylo I noticed they had him waiting at the front office and not in a cage. This made me feel they treated Mylo as family.I definitely appreciated the care they provided to mine and other people's dogs.
June 12 · Leonardo UVMarty's teeth looked very bad but he's 13 years old today and I was worried about surgery and anesthesia. The doctor and staff stayed in touch with me after blood work and then after cleaning and they didn't need to pull as many as they thought so I was very happy. They were honest about it. It took Marty two days to eat and start acting like himself but now he's eating soft food three or four times a day and taking walks with us with no problem! This was my first experience with Arena Animal Hospital, but my daughter and son-in-law recommended them and actually changed vets after using them!
December 01 · Deborah EarlI took my very nervous new puppy to Arena Animal Hospital as she was not eating well and needed her rabies shot. It’s a great experience for both of us. They used calming spray on bandana and the have calming infusers plugged in. Dr Richards was amazing with my little pup. She hasn’t let anyone hold her and she was calm in his when he held her. It was a positive experience for her and me. Staff were great Lily technician was super helpful and Justine front desk was great. I have had dogs my whole life and this was the best experience I have encountered
April 26 · Jacqui WhittenThe attention is special, everything looks very clean and pleasant. The staff is very attentive. My dog Coco was there for some blood tests and an annual check-up, and everything went very well.
March 26 · Juliana GomezThis was our first visit with our dog Dino and we were very happy with our initial appointment. The vet and vet tech as well as the entire staff went above and beyond to make Dino comfortable in the new environment. This was a no pressure veterinary clinic unlike the big brands like VCA. We did not feel pressured into buying products we did not need and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely be back and glad we found our forever vet for our dog Dino.
