I took my puppies here to get their vaccinations. The facility is very clean from what I saw and the communication with the vets was really good especially the first time because I was not personally able to go but they called me on the phone just to verify certain things which I thought was great because it was my son who is older who took my puppy. The process to actually be seen is actually pretty difficult. I had to wait over 2 hours at 8:00 a.m. on the dot in order to get the appointment. So the process is actually pretty difficult and you have to be within a certain zip code. I am happy I was able to get everything done. - Samore R
