I started bringing my puppy Yorkie there based on the positive reviews and was never treated very well. It was basically get you in and out. The vet we saw was NOT attentive and when inquiring about getting him neutered she basically blew us off like she didn’t want the business. Every visit the vet came in once, left the room, and never came back.I found a large tick on my dog and called them right away, after getting it off, asking what I should do. Anyone would think they’d schedule and apt to get blood work done. They told me to look out for the symptoms and call them if he had any. He never showed signs and I visited them since for updated shots and a WELLNESS visit. It was never brought up, like the receptionist didn’t note it in his chart, and my questions weren’t answered. I went to Agape in Horseheads yesterday and they were so attentive with my pup and he tested POSITIVE with Lyme Disease... I’m really upset about the lack of attention to detail and how unfriendly the vet is. You work with people, act like you want to be there. - Samantha Randall

  • Routine Wellness Check-ups: Essential examinations for puppies and adult dogs, including general physical assessments. These are fundamental for monitoring a pet's overall health and identifying potential issues early.

  • Vaccination Services: Provision of necessary vaccinations (e.g., for distemper, rabies, Lyme disease) to protect pets against common infectious diseases, based on standard veterinary protocols and regional risks.

  • Basic Diagnostic Tests: Including standard procedures such as blood work (e.g., for Lyme disease or general health panels) and potentially other in-house tests, although the process for obtaining these and discussing results may vary as noted in reviews.
