Feb 13, 2025 · Amanda SpearsWe have a high drive bird dog who is 100mph through the woods and fields. Sometimes her nose gets her into trouble. Broadway has been great. She injested poison during a hunt and was able to be seen immediately without having to drive to the emergency vet which saved us time and money. Always receive great service.
Nov 21, 2024 · E HI was given an appointment to evaluate my cat for an emergency situation. When I arrived after an hour drive to get to the office I was refused care. They had all the details of the situation before they booked the appointment. I was aware that if my cat required surgery they could not provide it. I asked to speak directly to the vet to try and get some advice and was refused. They sent me and my children out the door in tears with a very sick cat.
Apr 30, 2025 · AutumnThey were great. I had a emergency with my dog Tilly she was throwing up not drinking. Didn’t want to go for a walk or eat treats and panting for a day and a half they got her in and figured out the problem took care of her and she came home so much better. She’s back to her old self again and I thank them cause it could of been a lot worse if we didn’t get her in when we did so thank you very much and Tilly thanks you. ❤️❤️❤️
Jul 23, 2023 · Kim MoffeUPDATE: I just read your response. Quite ironic you want to discuss this further in a more personal setting when I’ve already done that and tried to get the cost of the physical off my bill. I explained how I was tricked, how someone added a physical to my appointment (and you agreed) and I still got charged. Parents: Beware!I am done with Broadway. My Lola girl has been a patient there her whole life, diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago, the previous vet performed her first tumor surgery and was amazing! Cornell even continues to compliment Dr Dugan (including again 4 days ago) over her removal of Lola’s cancer. Unfortunately Dr Dugan is no longer there and Lola needs more surgery (cancer removal). I am so disgusted that this office only cares about money, I am taking my sweet girl to a new vet hospital for tumor removal. Shame on you Broadway for charging me a ton of money for an annual shot when I should be bringing her back to you for cancer removal. The vet assistant, who is a volunteer at the SPCA and has known Lola since before I adopted her, is an absolute sweetheart and I liked the new vet but the billing is all about ripping off the customer. The office manager: “ I’ll give you a $20 credit” Me: “that’s what you did last time you ripped me off”. Big deal. Shame on you. Just send my dear Lola’s records to the new vet as requested. Parents: I suggest you don’t come here unless you just want to be a number!
