Broadway Pet Hospital Reviews
Been going to Broadway Pet Hospital since I moved here in 2021. These people are amazing, and my cats love them. My eldest cat had to get euthanized last year and the hospital staff supported me very well and kept me informed about the whole process. I still go here for my two other cats, and they always take very good care of them and they’re always giving them extra love too! Highly recommend this place.
Jun 04, 2025 · Amara SaldanaI have nothing but good things to say about the professional staff and Dr. Azab. They have been very responsive to my dog's needs and my concerns. They are also quite affordable, and that helps because my baby 🐶 🐾 means everything to me, but I also need to keep a roof over our heads and food in our stomachs. I can gladly report that we haven't missed a meal since going to this hospital, and thanks to their great care and service, my dog is happy and healthy!
Mar 25, 2025 · Erica CowartThe whole staff is amazing! The doctor is very thorough and honest. When my Yorker was going through his final stages of life. He did what he could to keep him comfortable, but didn’t let me go over board with procedures that were not going to help.
Mar 22, 2025 · Alexis LaffnetteI want to share my experience so other pet owners can be aware. I brought my dog in due to a limp. The radiology report showed only mild joint effusion and no evidence of a cruciate ligament tear — yet the vet still told me she had a cruciate injury and suggested surgery as one of only two options. No orthopedic referral, no physical rehab suggestion, no conservative care plan. It felt rushed and irresponsible. After the sedation and exam, my dog developed severe diarrhea and overall worsened for days. Before the vet visit, she had actually been improving. I ended up spending $500 and regretted putting her through unnecessary stress. When I communicated with the vet about her worsening symptoms, instead of thoughtful guidance, the vet immediately tried to refer me to an emergency hospital, warning that my dog might die from pancreatitis or a UTI if I didn’t go. There was no real evidence of these conditions. It felt like pure fear-mongering, designed to push me toward costly urgent care rather than offering measured support.Pet owners deserve better. They deserve vets who offer balanced, evidence-based options — not fear-driven, high-cost suggestions at every turn. Please advocate for your pets and get second opinions. I wish I had.
Apr 29, 2025 · JinDr. Sam, Chelsea, and Vanessa are amazing. I've been taking my baby, Coco, a Yorkie, to Broadway Pet Clinic since I moved to Long Beach 4 years ago. About a year ago, Coco got very sick and ended up having diabetes. Dr. Sam and the team have gone ten times over above and beyond to keep Coco healthy and well - through countless emergencies and phone calls. I'm not sure if she would still be here if it weren't for them or if I had been going to another vet. The office is small, but the pricing is very fair and don't let the size fool you - the level of service is far better than any of the larger offices.
