March 31 · Melissa MeyerWe Love taking our golden doodle to see Dr. Carpenter every time we pull up to the door she start barking because she knows she’s at a safe and loving and caring place. March 05 · jeanetta connerGroomer Visit on 3/29/2024 for my Standard Poodle…..I took my dog to the groomer and asked that she cut my dog’s hair off. Although the groomer did as I asked my dog has several nicks and cuts which I didn’t notice until closer review at home. My dog was bleeding but none of the cuts appear to be deep but rather razor burns. If the groomer could not handle the task at hand she should have said so. I will NEVER take my dog back to that groomer. I understand she is new but that’s no excuse. Besides the groomer before her wasn’t any better…she barely cut my dog’s hair which made me have to spend more money to have my dog groomed again, which is why I asked for her to cut my dog’s hair off. To make matters worst the receptionist is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I have ever met. My dogs and I will not be back.
March 31 · Tracy Love JonesI actually like this clinic they went out their way to accommodate me
February 28 · Larry BurkettIf it were possible to post a review with no stars, I would do that. However, this is not the case. I was informed that my dog died at this place on 8/15/23. To this day, I am still mourning the sudden loss of my beloved family pet. I trusted this "Veterinarian" to complete a scheduled surgery without any complications. I was assured she was in good hands. The day before my dog's discharge date, I received a video of my dog recovering from the surgery. I was very eager to pick her up because I knew she'd be anxious in a foreign place. The day I was scheduled to pick her up, the owner and "Veterinarian" called me to tell me how sorry she was that my dog had passed away. Prior to this, I was assured that my dog would be okay and not to worry about her. The amount of pain I felt cannot be described and to this day, I continue to experience the loss of my dog. The day my dog passed, I went to this establishment to see my dog and to discuss the surgery. This "Veterinarian person" discussed her findings and straight-out was not honest. I will NEVER recommend this place! I feel badly because I was the caregiver and it was my responsibility to place may dog in capable hands. She was such a loving dog and I know she knows I meant well by her, but it doesn't take away the pain. I was charged for overnight care, yet, no overnight care. I stand on not recommending her for surgical procedures.
