- This is the BEST banfield I have tried in the Saint Louis area. Both of my pups have sorts of anxiety and they work with me and the dogs so well each time we come in! They always are hands on and can get me in as quickly as possible as well! Definitely would recommend this team :) May 21 · Lorelei Peete
- Great location super friendly and welcoming. Vet tech Sarah is amazing with my dog and super informative. we had to find out what was going on with my dogs hips. I was worried about doing my first drop off appointment just because I worry about my dog too much haha, but it could not have gone any better. The team was able to get X-rays and figure everything out. Vet Tech Candice made sure I was comfortable and informed and Dr Kern is helpful and kind, she spent so much time talking to me and explaining everything. Thank you!ETA: the wellness plan has been great for our family, it might not be for everyone but the employees (at every Banfield location) have to offer so if you don't want it just tell them no thanks, or ask to read the fine print before agreeing.
