The foundation of a good veterinary practice lies in the trust it builds with its clients. The experiences of pet owners, both positive and negative, often provide the most honest reflection of a clinic's strengths and weaknesses. A particularly strong testimonial highlights the exceptional care provided by Dr. Cotter and his team. One grateful owner recounted their visit on 5/24/25, writing, “I was impressed by Dr. Cotter’s handling of my dog’s medical issue. First of all, the place was already busy yet they made time to see her. Secondly, I was touched by Dr. Cotter’s patience in listening to my concerns and taking the time to thoroughly examine my dog. He was honest and straightforward, helpful and kind.” This review speaks volumes about the clinic’s dedication to making time for urgent cases and the compassionate demeanor of its staff, even during a busy day.
The same client’s story continued to highlight the team’s commitment to their pet's well-being beyond the initial visit. “He did whatever he could to address my dog’s situation before referring me to the animal emergency room with advanced medical services for further treatment. He asked to bring my dog so he can check her out. I took my dog over on 5/30/25. Once again, I was not disappointed. Dr. Cotter truly cares about his patients."

Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
I really should know by now not to bring my cats here. This will be the FOURTH time they’ve been unable to draw enough blood to do their blood work. I get sent home with a kit to collect my own stool sample and they don’t even run the fecal tests because they’re deemed “medically unnecessary” on the invoice. (Even though they’re included in the comprehensive exams that I pay for, and magically also end up on the invoice as something I “saved money on” for having a wellness plan.)They pretty much just let the cats sit in cages all day and don’t actually get anything done or any questions answered. But if you’d like to spend extra on “seeing if an RX food helps” they’re happy to take your money

Jun 12, 2025 · Linda AndersonI had all my new puppy’s shots here and the service has always been great. I would say that their system is a little wonky as when I went in recently, I assumed it was for a FOURTH shot a DAPP and they said that should not be the case. I mentioned that when I looked at her vaccine records, that one of the appointments was missing. Dr. Cotter and Charlotte C. were very apologetic on almost giving my pup an unnecessary shot of DAPP and immediately changed the treatment plan. I am aware that it isn’t either of their faults and appreciated their candidness.
May 24, 2025 · Giovanna GallegosDecent service as long as you show up in person. I called and got put on a 30 minute hold before being transfered to voicemail. Called the next day and hung up after being on hold almost 10 minutes. Never had a single issue in person and in person they are generally fairly accommodating.
Jul 17, 2025 · Midget SasquatchI love to take my dog here. Lately, they have been short of staff. So the lady didn't take time to find me a dental appointment. She told me they don't have any dental appointments at this location. I was kinda mad. Because she should have said something when they other lady was talking to me about making the appointment. But the doctor took good care of my stink. His name is Pinto Beans. Banfield did DNA testing on him when I first got him. Chihuahua, miniature pincher and miniature poodle when some terrier.
