Veterinary Emergency Group Reviews
Everyone here was super nice, efficient, and patient with all of our questions & concerns! We were seen immediately for a mild issue. We got x-rays, blood work, & meds and were out the door 3 hours later. We paid around $1,200 for care and our family is very grateful for the attention we received here. Would highly recommend.
Jun 24, 2025 · AdrienneI recently brought my 1-year-old cat to VEG, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care we received especially Nicky. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease, My 1 year old cat was diagnosed with FIP. However, the vet had a knowledge and compassionate approach.Nicky took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, providing me with a clear understanding of the condition and the treatment options available. The team answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, making sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a team that not only demonstrates incredible expertise but also truly cares about both the patient and their owner.I left the clinic feeling optimistic and reassured, knowing that my cat was in the best possible hands. I highly recommend VEG to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate care for their pets
Mar 20, 2025 · Devin NelsonTemporarily staying in Denver, and my dog started bleeding from the mouth. While it slowed down, I still wanted to be sure there wasn’t something more serious going on. I found VEG and called ahead and was able to register my pet online. When we got there, we were taken back right away. I was able to be with my dog while they treated her. They took great care and went out of their way to make her comfortable, bringing over a little dog bed for her to rest while being treated. I felt Dr. Ernst and team did a great job walking me through different scenarios to choose the best course of care. They let my dog love on them and made her feel good while remaining patient since she is very anxious when she is not home. Check out was seamless. I felt the cost was also reasonable for emergency services. Highly recommend, thank you!
Apr 26, 2025 · Cori HottmannBuckle up because this is about to be a long one. First off if you’re looking for pet questions or advice. Call this place. If your pet isn’t feeling well and needs care. Look no further. We spent a lot of time over the last few days with our cat Will trying to figure out why he wouldn’t poop. It was late nights and a lot of stress but the people at VEG care so much and work so hard to make sure your pet gets what it needs in an emergency. My guy loves to explore and doesn’t like to be caged so they let me sit with him in the cat room with him and let him out so he could sit in my lap. I constantly felt informed with Wills care and even called a few times as a concerned pet parent. They were always patient with me and took the time to explain every step. All of the staff is so so amazing. I don’t remember everyone’s name but shout out to Elaina, Hailey, Lisa, and Madelyn. You were all so helpful and sweet. Although I hope nothing like this happens again, I now know I have a place to bring my pets in an emergency. Thank you will never be enough for the time and care you all took with will.
Apr 08, 2025 · Cassie AsareThe entire staff at VEG are competent, caring, capable and committed. Their organization helped my dog Ranger through a life threatening ingestion of a tennis ball. They were objective and careful with their recommendations and we are in full recovery thanks to their amazing team and the skillful surgery of Dr Haake —and guidance from Dr Nelson. Thank you to them and to Megan and Amber who assisted in the OR! Thank you, thank you! My boy is back. What a team!!
