★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If there could have been zero, I would have chosen it. The personal in person are fantastic. We have been taking our dogs there for years. The follow up and test results are terrible. 3 days and 5 phone calls asking for results, atrocious. Dr. Veteran suppose to call back next mid day with results after first visit... Never heard a word. I called with a the promise that they would call back. Not a word. Next morning, called again... same promise. No call. Afternoon of the 3rd day, oh ..they will call you back after hours. No ma'am no sir. Horrible..... No matter what time you call.. is this an emergency or can you hold? Great, I will hold... to the second 20 minutes of holding.... would you like to leave a voicemail... wait, huh? Terrible....
June 25 · Tim SmithSaw my 2 dogs on very short notice for a vaccine they needed to be boarded at a kennel that same day. I’ve been very impressed by this clinic. They have always done a great job for me
December 11 · Charles EskriggeI have to little fur kids I’ve been taking to Banfield for years. They gave the greatest team of professionals. They are patient and caring. You can sense they love animals and take the best care of them. I trust them and I couldn’t imagine them not being little patients of this great team.
April 03 · SANDY ALEMANBanfield pet hospital is the best!!Staff is always very helpful and very detailed about Service provided for my puppy. I highly recommend if in need of service Banfield has always given quality care ❤️
May 15 · Elizabeth PauletteI have to say this was probably the worst Banfield experience I’ve had and I’ve been to a good amount of locations across the US. I understand that Veterinarians/doctors need to be blunt about the reality of a situation, but I felt this Veterinarian was completely unempathetic to my situation. When I came in and explained I picked up a stray off of the street and that I suspected she had parvo, I felt judged almost like she was talking to me like this was my fault and during the entire 3 hours I was there I felt like I was being rushed to make a decision that was basically either euthanize her or do outpatient care. She just seemed annoyed that I was still there and had an attitude that the prognosis doesn’t look promising even with outpatient care. I get you have to be realistic, but I felt utterly alone and not hopeful. It wasn’t until the vet tech, or financial specialist (I can’t remember her title) came in that I was finally shown empathy and hope because she seemed genuinely concerned and hopeful that there was a chance my puppy could survive. Even if she doesn’t, I appreciate that lady so much because that was a very hard decision to make and she at least instilled love and hope in our situation. I will not be returning to this Banfield, I will update that sweet woman of the prognosis when we see how everything goes but other than that I will not be returning. On top of this, after talking to my vet tech friend she informed me of a lactated ringer bag which was not suggested at our appointment, and also the CMPA Canine Monoclonal Antibodies which is a newer drug with good statistics for recovery and it was never suggested at our appointment. This is vital information that I feel should have been discussed so that all of my options were laid out.Anyways, obviously everyone’s situation is different but mine was not tasteful.
