★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1To be honest, it was my first time getting vaccines for my two furry cats. The staff were informative and explained everything in detail, both in person, call and via email. Remember, it's always better to ask any questions you have about your pet. Now I feel confident and well-informed about their care.
August 03 · Eleana MayTwo strikes in a row. My cats kidney food RX wasn't updated on my last visit.... Apparently nobody noticed the RX that my kitty has for a lifelong need for was missed. Every time I bring my little ones in, it's all new doctors and staff.I went to the Banfield in Lynnwood on 99th and at 3:00pm... The lights were off and nobody was there.I needed help to get my cats RX updated and it was closed. The hours are clearly posted, but they werent there at all.
August 26 · David HeftonDisappointing Experience with Front Desk StaffI’m leaving this review to share a recent negative experience with the front desk staff, specifically a woman named Robbie (or possibly Ravi). I called this morning to follow up on my dog’s X-ray results and was met with an unexpectedly rude and impatient tone. While I was explaining the reason for my call, she cut me off and abruptly demanded my phone number—making it clear she wouldn’t continue the conversation unless I followed her script.Calling a veterinary hospital often means someone is worried about a beloved family member, and empathy should be the bare minimum. The lack of patience and courtesy I experienced was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. If compassion and understanding aren’t part of the job description for staff interacting with concerned pet owners, then perhaps it’s time to reconsider their role.
May 10 · Evergreen98155I will NOT be coming back to this Banfield Ever Again, everytime i come here the staff is slower then molasses. Ill just keep going back to the one in Shoreline where the staff is actually quick and on time. This location didnt tell me everything they were going to charge me for and then told me they didnt have the medication on file and i would have to order it, after receiving the paperwork for the medication for me to order, the name of the medicine wasnt even on the paperwork. Had to wait another 35 mins just so the vet tech could get the name of the medication which shouldnt take that long to get a name. After coming back I was told they actually do have that medication at their location. Uhh dude know your facts dont give me the run around. Also tried to fight with me telling me my animal needed a comprehensive exam when I didnt even agree to schedule one and my animal is just here for his 5 week allergy shot. I told them I can always reshedule his comprehensive. I have been taking my dog to bandfield for the past 15 years and I know the drill im not stupid and wasnt born yesterday. I will not be taking him back to this location their customer service and having to wait for 5 hours for one thing is ridiculious.
June 23 · makeupbytonyIt is truly disheartening and frankly, infuriating, to be writing this review about Banfield Pet Hospital. To put it plainly, their billing practices, especially in the wake of my pet's passing, have added an unnecessary layer of pain and frustration to an already devastating experience. My beloved companion, Ziggy, was under Banfield's care for several years. While the veterinary technicians were always kind, any semblance of professionalism or compassion has been completely overshadowed by their relentless pursuit of payment after Ziggy passed away on 3/23/25.The audacity is frankly shocking. In a time when I was grieving the loss of a family member, Banfield saw fit to continue sending bills for services that were no longer applicable. It feels like a callous disregard for the emotional toll this has taken on me. Are their computers so incapable of updating a patient's status? Is their accounting department so disconnected from the reality of their practice that they see a deceased animal as just another account to be debited?I have made multiple attempts to rectify this situation. Phone calls that led to being bounced around departments, promises of resolution that never materialized, and now, weeks later, the bills continue to arrive. It's not about the amount of money; it's about the principle. It's about the utter lack of empathy and the sheer administrative incompetence that allows such a distressing situation to persist.Banfield Pet Hospital, your billing practices in this situation are not just inconvenient; they are deeply insensitive and disrespectful. You have managed to tarnish any positive memories I might have had of your care by prioritizing your bottom line over the well-being of grieving pet owners. I would strongly advise anyone considering Banfield to be extremely diligent about their billing and to be prepared for potential administrative nightmares, even in the most difficult of times. My experience suggests that compassion and efficient administration are sorely lacking at this institution. My last emails sent 4.18.25 and 4.19.25 is still waiting on a response despite you stating in your "no-reply" it would take 2 business days to receive a response.
