Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Dr. Ross and Jamie at the front desk are awesome!! I've seen them both regularly at this Banfield. For context, I'm on the Optimum Wellness Plan aka OWP ($30/mo) and usually don't pay anything more during check-ups unless medication is involved.Jamie is so warm and clearly is very passionate about being mindful of my cat's anxiety needs. She greets each pet that approaches the desk. I had scheduling issues once and really wanted an earlier appointment, but nothing could be done at the time. She called me on a weekend when an appointment opened up just because she remembered. Very attentive. I hope she gets some kind of staff award! All the staff I've interacted with let me bring extra blankets to cover my cat carrier to help her anxiety and do a good job tracking what's mine at the end. It is very stressful and loud back there, but they clearly try their best to put the anxious animals in a quieter corner.Dr. Ross has also been very attentive to my kitty's unique needs. She always calls on the phone with her findings and doesn't make me feel rushed when I ask follow-up questions even though they're always crazy busy. When my cat needed surgery, she clearly tried everything she could to keep costs down for me. My cat had been in pain so long with infected teeth buried under her gums, and after a complicated surgery, she is clearly feeling SO much better. I asked to speak with her in person rather than over the phone after surgery, and it just meant sitting in a room an extra 5-10 min until she could step away to see me. Very professional, attentive, caring, and informed vet.I'm generally anxious about people handling my cat, but I feel comfortable coming here regularly knowing Jamie and Dr. Ross are around to care for and advocate for her needs. ❤️P.S. Having access to a 24/7 Pet Chat through the OWP is a god-send for anxious pet owners like myself. Thank you to all the vets who answer my simple questions, look at the cat poop pictures I send at 3am and gave me peace of mind for normal cat behavior and poops. 🤣
Jun 01, 2025 · Angela ShipmanBanfield is a great! My dog is super comfortable with the great staff. This is a blessing bc he an anxiety. ❤️🩹. Thank you Banfield and staff for all your great work with my fur baby!
Mar 15, 2025 · Jeanina OteyI made an appointment for my dog there it was supposed to be in room appointment. I had a lot of questions to ask about my dog and his on going flare up with allergies on his feet and face. Long story short I waited in a room over 50 minutes to be told it was a drop off . The nurse assured me the Doctor was very good and would call me and let me know what the plan was. Moving forward he was there from 12 until 5:25 to tell me same thing I told the nurse. Giving me the same medication he just finished taking!!! Never will I ever go back to this Banfield!!! Never once did I speak with the doctor about my dogs history of his condition.
Dec 14, 2024 · Teresa jarvisI'm first time pet owner. This was the first place I came to because I knew I would need supplies for my Blue. This hospital is great to where they send emails, phone calls, and text messages, just check and guarantee my Blue IS WELL AND DOING FINE. I knew someone who knew someone who was a veterinarian but I never met them before knowing I was getting a pet. I felt more comfortable because the staff here reassured me on my endeavor. I came here before getting Blue home. They helped with my questions and concerns beforehand. I trusted them. I still trust them. My Blue is in excellent shape with every visit this far. I would recommend this hospital for your pet, too. Thanks guys.
