I had my second appointment for my two new kittens at this location. When I arrived, they told me my appointment was actually two hours later. I was super confused because I had two email confirmations for 8am, not 10am. The front desk said that sometimes the veterinarian will reschedule if they have too many drop-offs in the morning. I was quite annoyed, but I asked if they called or emailed about it. She said that it looked like the vet called the day before. However, I looked through my phone calls, voicemails, and emails and did not receive anything. When I did finally get in, I waited in the room for almost an hour. Meanwhile, I was listening to the vet (who I saw at my first appointment) and the other employees talk in the back about their dating lives and other experiences. I never saw the vet once during this appointment, but I heard them loud and clear for almost an hour while I waited. I thought everything was very unprofessional and disorganized. And my poor kittens were very stressed with the whole experience. Please don’t take your animals here. - Hannah Defrees
