★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Friendly and respectful people.People who work at clinic aa well as the cashier. Shout out to cashier Sandy for helping me and Sammy ll.Dr. Neighbors is absolutely great. The nurses as well, and receptionist are fantastic. My problem is, the Banfield app. It would be super helpful if you put Golden Doodle with other breeds. Thanks!😄
July 26 · Tomya MajaLet me start by saying, Dr. Neighbors is absolutely amazing. The nurses as well, and one receptionist is fantastic. The problem… two receptionist Grace and Ashley. I’ve completely abandoned this Banfield after dealing with them. Ashley was rude and condescending over the summer. I let this go she seemed busy and the communication between both of us was off. However, I had the pleasure of speaking to Grace today… again she seemed busy. I was nothing but kind to her and she decided she was going to hang up on me abruptly, after I had explained my pet had some sort of emergency. I don’t need these kind of people near me or my pets. Unfortunately, my pups are losing an amazing Dr🥺Do yourself a favor and go to any other Banfield. Mill Creek is my new go to!

March 05 · Judy StarrIt is truly disheartening and frankly, infuriating, to be writing this review about Banfield Pet Hospital. To put it plainly, their billing practices, especially in the wake of my pet's passing, have added an unnecessary layer of pain and frustration to an already devastating experience. My beloved companion, Ziggy, was under Banfield's care for several years. While the veterinary technicians were always kind, any semblance of professionalism or compassion has been completely overshadowed by their relentless pursuit of payment after Ziggy passed away on 3/23/25.The audacity is frankly shocking. In a time when I was grieving the loss of a family member, Banfield saw fit to continue sending bills for services that were no longer applicable. It feels like a callous disregard for the emotional toll this has taken on me. Are their computers so incapable of updating a patient's status? Is their accounting department so disconnected from the reality of their practice that they see a deceased animal as just another account to be debited?I have made multiple attempts to rectify this situation. Phone calls that led to being bounced around departments, promises of resolution that never materialized, and now, weeks later, the bills continue to arrive. It's not about the amount of money; it's about the principle. It's about the utter lack of empathy and the sheer administrative incompetence that allows such a distressing situation to persist.Banfield Pet Hospital, your billing practices in this situation are not just inconvenient; they are deeply insensitive and disrespectful. You have managed to tarnish any positive memories I might have had of your care by prioritizing your bottom line over the well-being of grieving pet owners. I would strongly advise anyone considering Banfield to be extremely diligent about their billing and to be prepared for potential administrative nightmares, even in the most difficult of times. My experience suggests that compassion and efficient administration are sorely lacking at this institution. My last emails were sent 4.18.25, 4.19.25 is still waiting on a response despite you stating in your "no-reply" it would take 2 business days to receive a response.
May 06 · Grant AdventuresUnfortunately I had to let my dog go today. I am absolutely heartbroken at this very moment but I feel inclined to express my gratitude towards the people who helped me and my family through this process today. They were not only respectful and empathetic towards my needs but also my dogs, and my family who came for support. The vet and doctor were kind and loving to my dog while getting her ready for the procedure, let me and my family have alone time with her right before the process, let me hold my sweet girl till she passed, walked us through every step, gave us alone time to grieve and were very empathetic about the whole situation. I respected that they don’t do convenient euthanasias and evaluated our decision before going through with the procedure. And the best part was that there was no suffering on my dogs part.I will miss you little one. Your suffering is finally over and I just know you’re up there with the rest of our beautiful pet family ❤️
