★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was our first veterinary clinic in the area, and we brought both of our cats here. At first, everything seemed fine, but over time we realized that wasn’t the case. One of my cats had a dental surgery where many teeth were removed at once, and just a month later he passed away. I understand it may have been a coincidence, but it was heartbreaking. Our second cat was diagnosed here with chronic intestinal inflammation. While the diagnosis was correct, the clinic never gave us a real treatment plan — only endless tests and vague advice to “just wait.” Her symptoms were only masked, not treated. I had to turn to another clinic, where we finally received proper care and now she is doing well.I used to recommend Puget Park, but I cannot anymore. Every visit left me feeling that money was more important than my pets’ health. I do not recommend this clinic and suggest looking elsewhere for real veterinary care.
August 21 · Alexandr ProtsykBest veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing and were super accommodating to my fur baby girl! They made both of us feel extremely comfortable especially it being our first visit to a vet in many years. I want to thank the two doctors who we saw for the visit, they were so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. My pup was nervous as heck and they made her feel so much better. Everyone was amazing! This will definitely be our new home vet.
August 05 · Lisa AlbertWe had our first visit with Dr Johnson today and Wow, were we ever Impressed! She spent lots of time with us reviewing our little dogs symptoms, history and previous records and then she did a physical exam, ordered appropriate X-rays and gave us a preliminary prescription for our pup to relieve some of her coughing symtoms until the Radiologist reviews the films and they can consult together to get to a more specific diagnosis. We felt great about the plan of treatment for our little Charlie-Girl, and we look forward to working with this Dr/Clinic in the future! The Entire team was So kind, Polite and Professional! Thank you so much for listening to us and taking the time to answer all our questions about our beloved pup! Sincerely, John and Stacey
August 28 · Stacey BI had been going to Puget Park Vet for the past 6 or 7 years with all my pets. However, in the past couple of years, we've noticed a distinct downward trend in their care of our animals. The last straw was my visit last week. We brought two of our cats in and they kept getting them mixed up (even sent the wrong estimates multiple times for the cats). Then we got lab results back and an email stating one of the cats has chronic kidney disease. No phone call, no conversation, nothing. We're not even 100% sure they have the results with the right cat. Then the vet sent me an email saying not to give grain free food to cats (who are obligate carnivores) because it gives them heart disease, but the link she sent as backup said it can give it to DOGS but there is NO evidence of that in cats. And with the other cat, they thought they detected a heart murmur and wanted me to do an echocardiogram (with no reason as to why), but at the next visit, no murmur was detected. So was it even there in the first place? They still want the echocardiogram. It's starting to feel like a money grab. Now we are going to have to start over somewhere else, which is disappointing, but I can't trust them with my fur babies.
July 22 · Katie LangnerI’m so happy they’ve provided care these last few years. I hope our next vet in our next state is half as amazing! To provide context, I have a number of amazing friends and resources within the Veterinary community and could go to a number of really awesome clinics. I chose these guys partly due to their awesome relationships with referral hospitals and access to mobile cardiology/ultrasound, but also because they will be very straight forward in their medical recommendations. This can be a tough industry and these last two years have been challenging for everyone to say the least. I’m so happy/thankful we can see our doctor in rooms again by following their protocols but I’m also so thankful for their professionalism. They follow the gold standard recommendations in Veterinary care. These recommendations come at a cost. We can make educated choices on how to partner with our vet and proceed with a treatment plan based on what we’re able to do. All 3 of my pets have varying degrees of heart disease along with a slew of other complicated issues. Each patient is an individual here and they work the case accordingly. Doctors need diagnostic information to provide the best recommendations. My 3 monsters have flourished here.
