★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Dr Coats is an amazing vet. The wellness plan is incredibly helpful to ensure my baby gets everything he needs. The staff helps make the process easy, and we always feel welcome and heard. I won't take my boy anywhere else. July 13 · Hailey Ellis
- Sophie had a great visit. The doctors and support staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The prices were reasonable and I feel they really took the time to get to know us and shared information in a very thorough way.I will make them my regular vet. June 14 · Jacob Warren
- My orange buddy wasn't feeling well and they ran a bunch of tests to figure out what was going on, gave him fluids and medicine and recommended healthy food to get his stomach feeling better. I definitely recommend bringing your cats here. These are my 3 Little monsters. March 20 · Chris Brown
- These Ladies, will be Cardi's care team from now on. They made Cardi and myself feel so welcome, I was given expert advice that has been invaluable in caring for my Cardi. I am really looking forward to our next visit. July 02 · John Clay
- I brought my French Bulldogs, Spaghetti and Meatball here for their first dental cleaning as we have a wellness plan through them.Unfortunately, Meatball had a reaction to the anesthesia that caused his temperature to spike to 108 degrees. They immediately abandoned the procedure and began treatment to lower his temperature. I was contacted and given an update as soon as he was stable. They kept him the whole day for observation, testing and treatment. They did blood tests throughout the day to make sure his platelets were within normal range. They also did a chest x-ray to make sure everything was normal there.Dr. Riede was the vet that was taking care of them. She called me with updates on how he was doing throughout the day which I really appreciated as I am a helicopter mom and worry about them dearly. I got my boys after I finished chemotherapy, so they are very important to me.Dr. Riede came out and spoke to me personally when I got there to pick them up. She mentioned she was able to take a look at his teeth during the short time he was under before he had his reaction and there were no teeth she was concerned about and wanted to extract. She went over what exactly happened and what was done to treat him. She also covered what I needed to watch for once he was home. I was contacted the next day to make sure he was still doing okay and to see if I wanted to bring him in to be checked out again for good measure.I was not charged for his visit due to his reaction to the anesthesia preventing them from being able to follow through with the procedure. I appreciate them doing this for me. It was stressful enough knowing that Meatball had a reaction. I appreciate them not adding the stress of paying for everything that was done to save his life. They didn’t take advantage of me like some places would. The receptionist that helped us was so empathetic and kind.Thank you to Dr. Riede and the rest of the team that made sure my boys were safe during this stressful time. I understand it is as stressful for you as it is the owner as my family member’s life is in your hands. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the attentiveness and care shown to Meatball when this happened.I am glad to report Meatball is doing well and back to being a menace to society! Haha! He is his normal playful goofy self and back to playing with his brother, Spaghetti, and his friends at daycare! March 11 · Bethany Roberts
