Bates County Veterinary Clinic Reviews
- Called to inform them my dog had fluttering of the stomach, not eating, throwing up and lethargic as well as one eye moving erratically. Their response was" have you been here before"...I responded no..then they told me they had no available slots now or even next week cause their 2 vets were slammed.Sophia is my soul mate and I have had her for 10 years but what I do not understand is that they are supposed to be an emergency response center for animals....but I guess only for registered clients....So much for emergency response...guess clipping nails of a fancy poodle with good outcome comes first. They should remove the title of emergency center of their website as you are not able to bring your friend in on a emergency unless you have been there before it seems. May 28 · Gert Roosen
- They took wonderful care of my rescue that had heartworms! He's healthy now for two years. And when I needed emergency meds for him for fear of fireworks, they had his meds in 10 minutes. They care! July 04 · Deb Morgan

- They were incredibly friendly here. I thought my dog was microchipped but wasn’t sure if the number. They told me to come right in and they would check it for free. Come to find out, he wasn’t chipped, so they set up an appointment the next day to get him chipped. He’s a 130lb Rottweiler and they were very good and caring with him, he didn’t even make a sound at all when he was chipped. I will continue taking all my pets here. Pic of my happy boy.
