May 19, 2025 · Connie SilvaVery disappointed in this place, Dr. Ewing particularly! My six-year-old female German Shepherd was misdiagnosed over a month ago with urinary incontinence, the vet never contacted me would not respond to my phone calls and questions which resulted in us rushing or do the emergency vet last night to find out her stomach was full Of cancerous tumors, and she was bleeding out! Will never enter their doors again, and this is not the first time they have been negligent to us! I appreciate the condolences Dr. wild I believe it is but Dr. Ewing didn't just let me down this first place. She was very rude and did not respond to me weeks before was not just this week. She was very negligent and communication and I'm sorry you guys have done this to us before. And now I'm absolutely heartbroken because I did not realize she was probably in pain for weeks and didn't know what was going on I would've treated her much differently and not been shoving proin er down her throat!
