Bay Area Veterinary Surgery Reviews
I can’t say enough good things about the Bay Beach Vet Staff and Dr. Dassler. I specifically want to commend the check in staff as well as the vet techs. We were referred here by our regular veterinarian after our dog started limping. She ended up needing TPLO surgery. What puts this office above the rest is their patience, thoroughness, efficiency. First, our dog is very reactive and requires a lot of patience just to get in and out the door. This team never acted like it was even an issue, very professional, and were extremely accommodating of her. It’s nerve wracking to put your dog through surgery and this group put our fears at ease by giving us clear and thorough expectations as to what to expect. They are trustworthy and I never felt like I was putting my dog through an unnecessary surgery. I would highly recommend them. Lulu can’t wait to get back to fetching her ball. Thanks a bunch, from Lulu and the Hale family.
Sep 28, 2023 · Katelyne HaleMy Yorkie, Libby tore both her ACL'S in the same month. Dr. Dresser and staff were absolutely the best!!
May 02, 2025 · Lauri LammersReally seems like this place fights you to even be seen. Went back and forth with the receptionist for months trying to explain my situation; she seemed to simply not understand. Instead of scheduling me a consultation so the doctor could talk with me directly and evaluate my dog for himself. She just recommended I just go elsewhere....
Sep 03, 2024 · Taya SixLong overdue review, but was looking at my dogs playing outside and am so grateful for Dr. Dassler. Both my dogs tore their CCLs and had TPLO surgeries. Dr. Dassler gave my dogs quality of life back after their surgeries and was great from start to finish of the process. Highly recommend.
Mar 16, 2024 · NatalieThe staff are so kind and gentle, they were so loving to my older cat giving him chin rubs and brushed him and we all had a laugh over his goofy lovable nature. They were so compassionate about his arthritis and took such good care of him.
