★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My cat, Roscoe, was in need of dental work so we took him in. Everyone there is incredibly kind! From front desk to the doctors, they all take the time to explain everything and provide resources if needed and available. I was able to sign Roscoe up for their Care Club to help cover the dental cost and it also covers labs and other basic care. A few weeks after his surgery, Roscoe started having other issues. I took him in and while they were having trouble pinpointing what the issue was, they kept me informed the entire time, and when I got emotional, the vet techs took pictures of him in the back and came to show me that he was doing well and assured me that he was being spoiled by them! Amazing team!
August 27 · Ambar SandovalI've been coming to the Animal Medical Group for over 25 years and have had nothing but the best experiences. My latest visit was a follow-up for my senior Golden Retriever, who was diagnosed with Vestibular disease the night before in the emergency room. (think of Vertigo--room spinning for him-huge head tilt, walking into walls, falling down, scared). My dog lost use of his legs and needed to be carried inside the building. I want to praise every member of the staff--the doctor of course, but also a huge shout out to Susie, Gabbie, and the other technicians who showed immense kindness through this very difficult time. They brought me to tears with their compassionate care.
August 03 · michelleI brought my dog here, and unfortunately, my experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had an appointment and still waited almost an hour to be seen. When we finally got in, the exam lasted barely two minutes yet I was still charged the full price. For what they charge, you’d expect a more thorough and respectfulDuring our first visit, I was told I could return within a year for another Cytopoint injection without needing a full exam. That was part of the reason I came back. But once I was there, I was told an exam was required again and of course, I had to pay for it. It felt like they were pushing the exam just to charge more, not because it was actually needed.Even though they promote the idea that you can come back for the injection within the year, they push you into doing another exam anyway. It feels misleading. After I questioned it, I received a text saying the policy is “if less than 6 months since the last visit” you can skip the exam. That’s not what I was originally told, and now they’re changing the story to benefit themselves instead of being upfront from the beginning. The consultation with the doctor lasted barely 2-3 minutes, and I left with no paperwork or written recommendations. I was told the visit was being recorded, but nothing was shared with me afterward. Overall, it felt like there was a real lack of transparency and consistency.I’m sharing this so other pet parents know what to expect. I hope the office improves the way they communicate and treats clients with more transparency moving forward.Overall, the service felt overpriced, rushed, and lacking accountability.
July 18 · Reyna MarrufoCalled they will refuse to give you any sort of pricing over the phone, however when I asked why a price for an xray could not be given, or if it was because they change the price on the customer they finally told me, $700 for a SINGLE xray! This is 1000% preditory. Do NOT take your animal here unless there is no other place. Scam scam scam scam
August 21 · J Dsad to give a low rating because the staff here is AMAZING and kind. But my dog came here for a teeth cleaning and was here all day. I brought her back home (she had a cone on). and I didn't realize til ~5 days later that she was infested with fleas (i'm talking dozens and dozens of the buggers) ... and wasn't able to scratch herself to let me know. I can't say for certain it was from the vet, but I have a feeling it was since she was there the entire day and didn't have them prior to going there
