Bear Creek Veterinary Hospital Reviews
This office is very welcoming and warm. Services are affordable and discussed up front. You will need to make a deposit to book an appointment as a new client, but it goes toward your visit. I went here for end of life service for my senior cat. They were incredibly compassionate and efficient. Took care of everything after the service was done and gave me all the time I needed with my pet. I was able to get cremation services from here as a separate cost, but it was worth the convenience. Will keep bringing my future pets here. ♥️
May 09, 2025 · Dana EdwardsI really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but since I use reviews myself to make decisions, I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Bear Creek. When we moved to this area and found Bear Creek and Dr Jordan, we felt blessed to have found the best vet for our dog ever. She always had time, compassion and obvious experience. When we learned she left, we were disappointed and concerned but said we would still give Bear Creek a chance. We recently had a surgery over there that did not go well. Our experience was concerning in so many respects despite expressing our concerns, but luckily we went to another vet hospital in Charlotte that was able to properly assess and put our dog back on a proper treatment plan who is now recovering like he should be. I think the world of some of the front office and tech staff at Bear Creek, but you have to trust those in charge to make the right decisions for your pet. We will not be going back to Bear Creek ever again and blessed to have found a new vet we trust.

Jun 19, 2025 · William BassDr Whitfield and everyone at Bear Creek have been amazing. I’ve been taking my dogs there for years. I’ve even left and came back. They are kind and thoughtful. We got a devastating diagnosis on our girl and they’ve answered every question with patience. They have went above and beyond to help us come up with a treatment plan to make our baby as comfortable as possible. I can’t say enough nice things about the whole team!
Apr 19, 2025 · Lisa SnodgrassThe staff and passion they have at Bear Creek is unmatched. I used them 4 years ago for surgery and they worked with me to make it affordable. Simply because they aren't in it for money, they genuinely care about their patients. I've moved states and in a time of crisis they were willing to assist me get care for my dog. Sadly she crossed the rainbow bridge but they sent their condolences by email. Then today this amazing card showed up in the mail that the whole staff had signed. I can't recommend them enough.
