★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our cat got her finger stuck in one of her plastic toy balls and couldn't get it out. We tried several different things to no avail, before we called this clinic for help. Other area clinics would not help us because we were not established clients of theirs. The vet tech was able to help us right away. He cut the plastic ball very quickly and after taking a quick glance at her finger we were good to go. He did not charge us for his help and I even offered to make a donation to their clinic, which he declined. We were extremely happy with the service we received here. They really care about animals. Thank you!
December 19 · Liam DenzerI was taking my cats to Cat Care Clinic up until I came across Beltline Animal Hospital. Forget fancy waiting rooms, pushy bi-annual checkups, and vets that don't know what they are doing. Dr. Bates and the team at Beltline Animal Hospital are genuine, compassionate, and fair. After making the switch I quickly realized that I was getting overcharged and in some ways ripped off by my former vet. My kitty was having bad congestion and sneezing often, and they got me in the next day. They explained exactly what they'd be doing before, and I felt comfortable with their recommendations. Afterwards Lucy came out of the operation good as new! I was very happy and relieved that I had Beltline Animal Hospital as my vet. They really know their stuff, and are fair with what they charge. Most importantly, I felt that I can trust them. I wouldn't recommend taking your cats or dogs anywhere else!
June 25 · Austin White-PentonyMy friend recommended this place and I was not disappointed the staff are friendly and professional and took really good care of my dog I will definitely be switching vets to Beltline Animal Hospital
May 05 · Kevin CornwallAlthough we weren’t established clients they were able to get us in and help us with our cat who had a toy stuck to her finger. They were helpful, fast, and kind. I will recommend this clinic to friends and family.
December 19 · William DenzerDon’t be fooled - High review rating is from previous clinic by same name. This is NOT a clinic I would recommend to anyone. I was so excited by the list of services they provide and was looking forward to a thoughtful discussion/treatment plan for my senior dog.The ghost town feel of the clinic from the parking lot and the waiting room/inside gave an ominous feel that continued through the visit.. Dr was remarkably uneducated and simplistic and passively hostile and dismissive. There were ZERO other pets/patients present mid day on a weekday. The staff who checked us in was friendly and kind to me but did not greet my dog and had to have me spell “greenies” when I named that as a treat.
