February 04 · Frank JohnsonWe scheduled an appointment for our donkey’s injured foot. They scheduled it a week out but called hours before the appointment and canceled by voicemail. They told us to reschedule so we called back and they refused to schedule again because we had not been there recently. They strung us out for over a week when we could have called another vet for service if they would have said that upfront. The animal is the one who suffers from their unreliable service.
