December 29 · Joseph HarrisLovely ladies. Treats my special needs cat like she was their own. I appreciate how they care for her.
August 27 · Iva GatesThis appointment was a followup visit from about 4 weeks ago for our dog, Cooper. I arrived about 10 minutes early. On the door was a sign that the staff was in a meeting from noon-2:30. My appointment was at 2:30, so I think "great!" this will be quick. And although we were put in a room at 2:30, it was 3:25 when the vet came in apologizing that he had appointments scheduled every 5 minutes, that emergencies had caused a lot of delay,
May 10 · Charlene SheltonI’ve taken my dog to this practice since she was 6 weeks old , she’s 5 years old now and when Mellon and DeBusk were there it was great , but the last time I took my dog to this practice it was a huge let down. The doctor was scared of my 20 lb dog and they tried to muzzle her and take her to the back without me , that was absolutely not happening. Then, I had to administer her kennel cough vaccine because the doctor was scared. That was a new one. I’ve never met a veterinarian that is afraid of dogs. Not to mention there is new office staff each time I go and I go there every other month for meds. My dog is due for shots again and I’m definitely going elsewhere. The convenience isn’t worth the headache.Edit to add : I knew they would come back and say “ we’ve not seen you since March “ that is correct aside from my husband going there in may to get flea meds which they gave us the wrong thing on a Friday and they closed in 10 minutes. I’m pretty sure I had done a review back then and I feel like it got taken down. I could be wrong though. Either way this was my experience and I stand by that.
August 13 · Kimberly LunsfordI was so impressed with Dr. Howe and his staff. Very informative and caring for our dog and not just jumping to surgery first thing, like the clinic we had went to for 6 years. Will definitely change to White Pine Veterinary Clinic!
