I went there to put my dog down. They were amazing. Very loving and compassionate. I chose to cremate my dog. They called me a day and a half later to pick her up. Very quick. The urn was beautiful, they also gave me some of her hair and a paw print❤️ so thankful for them and their services. Highly recommend!

Update: Great app❣️Search: PETPAGEThe doggy dentist and their staff took care of my little 10 year old teddy like he was their own. They also took care of me, making sure that I knew how to care for Teddy after taking him home.

First off let me say you should be ashamed of yourself with all the scandal that comes out of your facility! You are charging MORE than the national average for your drugs. The simple steroid prednisone is so cheap! .27 cents a pill and you charge$1.46 per pill. SHAMEFUL. ON AVERAGE THE CYROPOUNT IS NOT QUITE 2$ PER POUND and you are charging 205$ for a 65# dog!!Your comprehensive canine exam is BS it's so comprehensive there is weight for my dog on paperwork! I'll never go back and I hope people wise up! When they whisk your pet away to do all the "so called" tests, ear cleaning and whatever else they say how do we know you do these things? MY DOG CAME BACK WITH DRY EARS! I do not believe for 1 minute they did anything they charged me for and then kept all the drugs because I didn't have enough cash. I paid over half of the bill and thought I would get a bill but no they left my dog suffering and kept his drugs. Why can't they do what we ask them to do and not what they want to do for the $$ ?

I was a little apprehensive about bringing my large dog Rex to a new vet or an area hospital due to bad reviews that people write but I really want to give a rave review for the team at Brimfield Vet Services on 18. My husband and I have owned many large dogs over the years and always kept up with shots, flea meds & heart worm meds and so were really shocked to learn our dog caught Lyme disease! (Note: beware for your pets - ours received his flea and tick meds over a month ago and still got it!). I registered online the night before and arrived early as a walk in. The wait time was completely reasonable and once we got back to the consultation room the initial tech was very nice and patient- took all our info, explained everything she thought was going to need done to start and brought me an estimate so there were no surprises. I REALLY APPRECIATE that when Dr. Janelle G. came in to explain her observations and concerns that she allowed his care and triage to proceed in stages as we waited on test results and ruled things out (I initially thought he had an ear infection 🤦‍♀️) - they didn’t push a large all or nothing approach. I also felt way more comfortable that I could be back in a consultation room with him initially. I was really reluctant to want to go somewhere unfamiliar and just let them take my already scared and sick dog away for what some places’ reviews state hours on end with no communication - I can tell you this was NOT the case here! They did need to take him back eventually to receive care but were really open AND, I feel, reasonably priced! For a few hundred dollars we were able to come to a local full service vet equipped with in-house labs and equipment that had quite a few staff that all seemed knowledgeable and considerate of my concerns and the care for my pet. Within a few hours of leaving and administering the meds provided, Rex was showing signs of his old self again - Thank you Lord and all the team that cared for him -I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had and want them to know how much they are appreciated!

Vet cares more about money than the well-being of her patients. Despite our puppy being seen less than two weeks ago, she refused to dispense necessary medication, choosing to let our puppy’s condition deteriorate until we could attend their limited walk-in hours to be seen by a tech. She lacks basic bedside manner. Avoid this place like the plague.EDIT: Here’s a quick update that goes to show how subpar this place is, since they’re trying to defend themselves in their response. We took our puppy elsewhere, and were informed immediately that she was never on the appropriate dosage of the medications prescribed. They were genuinely CONFUSED by the treatment plan from Brimfield Vet Services. This vet made our puppy WORSE, and then refused to dispense any medications to help improve her condition for the time being until she could be seen. We came here because we couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else, and we have been regretting it since. Like I said, avoid this place like the plague. :)
