Feb 01, 2025 · Ashlynn StoufferDr Conway has made such an effort to put my animals first. It would take a serious move or relocation for me to change vets at this point. 5 stars.
Mar 15, 2025 · Brian NichollI’m gonna be honest as an ex employee. They are all about money. The techs are nice and care but their management and systems are terrible. Their appointments are short time slots and they are constantly behind. So they get you in and out as quickly as possible and you see the doctor for 10 seconds. One of the Doctors WILL get annoyed with you if you hold her up. (We will all hear about it in the back after you leave) They absolutely push product to run up a bill, never giving you an option of where else to find those products for way cheaper. This is a corporate ran vet clinic and man does it show. With no bias in the matter, I was really disappointed with the way this place operates.
Mar 04, 2025 · Bryana CruzI walked in the door ofPprimary PetCcare and was impressed, both by the cleanliness and the promptness of the staff. And they were interested in my puppy. I had a little trouble getting her previous shot records. They made a call and got the necessary information. All were kind and very efficient and caring. She didn't even flinch when she got her shots. I was contacted about the good results of a test the day before. Bridget, my puppy is something of a Banchi and I was given a list of recommended obedience trainers. I am very pleased to have found this place and they will see us again!
