GoodVets Golden Triangle Reviews
I cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Knerr and her staff. My sweet boy came in with a limp, and I got the worst news that it was cancer. Dr.Knerr talked me through the process with such gentle honesty and kindness. She took the time out of her day to personally follow up with me after our appointments. This was one of the hardest things I had to go through and I was alone, but the staff made me feel less helpless and scared. They treated my sweet boy with so much love and I know he wasn’t scared either. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for displaying such raw, unfiltered compassion. And to my sweet samson( Sam Sam) Rest in peace in the doggy mountains of Heaven, my angel boy. I love you forever.
Jan 08, 2025 · Crystal BARTHThis pharmacy has a noncompete contract with particular pharmacies. That means that if you want to use something like pet care RX for your prescriptions you will have to use your paper prescription to send it in. It's clear that they're putting their profits over the convenience of their owners.I mentioned when I was in there that the costs are above market costs and they were quick to print off a sheet of what is affordable pet care in the area. Clearly they get that question a lot. The doctor was good with my dog but it did seem like a lot of theater giving her tons of treats which I personally don't think is worth double costs and then them trying to upsell on different care packages. What a racket. The one thing I asked of them was not to call me if all the tests came back fine. The next day I did get a call asking how she was doing which I of course thought immediately something was wrong and left an important meeting to take that call. For a luxury vet this is far less than what I would expect in the quality and ease of care. I used Google reviews to find them which is why I felt compelled to leave this review.
Jun 17, 2025 · Andrea DuMontPretty terrible experience. Miscommunicated cost (in writing), admitted this was their mistake and still offered to do nothing about it. Spent 2 weeks collecting a sample from the cat, finally got it, went to drop off, closed due to flooding, no note on door or anything to say go to another location. Sample then too old to use. Called to try and get refund on the test that we now couldn't do, promised a call back, nothing. Done with these people. Premium prices for poor service. Maybe their veterinary care is OK, who knows, so they get 1 star, but business practices and customer care is a straight zero.
Apr 15, 2025 · Edward ColemanThe staff we got to interact with were wonderful! The environment was calm and welcoming. My typically anxious pup and I had a great experience overall!
Mar 17, 2025 · Maggie HallVery unfriendly and impersonal, the last poked my dog to get a sample of a swollen spot, said it was bacterial infection. Lump has gotten bigger since she poked him, and then proceeded to write a script for a antibiotic that's 200.00 and no place in town can fill it. Put some toxic stuff in his ears that can cause ulcers in both people and animals, before she was done had the nerve to suggest a stomach procedure for large breed dogs. I'm going to assume that the anti biotics will likely cause a stomach issue with my dog.Job security I suppose. Let's be thankful she isn't a medical dr.Vets are suppose to be 2 things,1. good at what they do.2. compassionate about the work.I'd take my dog over most people in my daily life. Find a good vet. Do some research and good route around this place to a good vet. My dog has been worse since the visit and now not eating. Not saying this place is solely responsible for that. When I left I felt unclear about things and my pooch is not doing well.
