May 12, 2025 · Deborah BanksI took my cat, who had accidentally ingested something, to Graham Rd Animal Hospital (where I have gone for years, with multiple cats), and the woman behind the desk was the rudest, most unkind person I have ever met! She would not even let me speak to ask questions. She told me to go to the Emergency vet, which is $1000.00 to walk in the door. Flat out refused to help my cat! I have never been treated so poorly by any type of medical person in my life, let alone a pet owner.Whomever you are, you don't deserve your job or to work with animals!A FORMER customer
