Jun 14, 2025 · Tanya IrelandDr. Kevin and Dr. Julia have taken such great care of our pups since we started using them for our vet services. So knowledgeable and kind, just like the whole team. Very happy to have our pups hanging with the nice folks at 5-Points!
Jun 10, 2025 · Michelle LaneWe’re so grateful to 5 Points Animal Hospital for seeing our golden retriever Buckley so quickly when he had a serious GI obstruction. We brought him in and he was immediately cared for, which we are so thankful. The entire team was incredibly supportive during a really scary time for us. Lindsy was especially kind and compassionate—she walked us through everything and helped keep us calm. Megan was also helpful with Buckley’s care. Dr. Kevin was thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly felt like our pup was in the best hands with the team here. Thank you so much for your care and urgency!
Apr 14, 2025 · Joshua OrrickDr. Julia and her team were extremely compassionate when it came time to help Sunday across the Rainbow bridge, as her cancer took over. I am so very grateful for all they did. I highly recommend this vet practice.
Jan 08, 2025 · Christina UnderhileI was really disappointed with the way this clinic handled my dog’s fear of shots. While the staff seems friendly at first, that changes quickly if your pet doesn’t cooperate perfectly. He was already high on the meds this vet recommend. My dog is afraid of needles, and instead of working with us to find a compassionate solution, they flat-out refused to treat him unless he was heavily sedated. They told me I needed to spend more money on behavioral training. Instead of just forcing the vaccines, they chased him around until the dog and I were both so stressed out they held him and gave the vaccines. We could have skipped the song and dance and just done that in the first place. I've done the happy visits and such too. They recommended drugging him to the point where he could barely walk—how is that supposed to be a “positive experience”? I expected more patience and understanding from professionals who claim to care about animals.
