Buckeye Animal Hospital Reviews
The doctor and staff were very nice. I had my male kittens there to be neutered on Feb. 27, 2024. It seems he did a beautiful job. I was nervous at first cause I adore my kitties. They recovered quickly and seem very happy and playful.
Mar 18, 2024 · Julie MillikenBeen going to Dr Chauhaun and his staff for many years. Because of his pricing and genuine care for animals, he makes it possible for me to afford. Also, his care is awesome.
Feb 14, 2024 · Beverly GillesI am writing this with deep sadness and anger over the experience my wife and her mother had at your clinic during the euthanasia of their beloved dog. This process, which should have been handled with care, respect, and professionalism, was instead needlessly traumatic—not only for my wife and her mother but for the dog itself. The dog was extremely anxious and already sedated, yet the vet chose to use excessive force by putting their full weight on a 15-pound, muzzled dog. This act was unnecessary and inhumane. It is horrifying to think that my wife and her mother essentially watched their cherished family member be manhandled and treated in a way that can only be described as cruel. The sedative did not seem to take effect, which raises questions about the preparation and competence of your team. The lack of communication and apparent disregard for the emotional and physical well-being of everyone involved is unacceptable. Your clinic’s behavior in this situation turned what should have been a peaceful farewell into a nightmare that will haunt my family forever.I understand that this is a business and procedures need to be followed, but there is no justification for what occurred. As a veterinary clinic, your priority should be compassion and care—not efficiency or force.I hope that my family’s experience will be taken as an opportunity for reflection and change. No one else should ever have to endure such treatment at your clinic. If no efforts are made to address this, I will be compelled to report this incident to the relevant veterinary board and share our story with others in the community.
Dec 11, 2024 · Logan MancusoThe vet and his receptionist really care about the animals. He always takes great care of my cats.
Feb 20, 2024 · Vivian OgleThe care you need for your pet at a fair price. I have been taking my (now elderly) dog to Dr. Chauhan at Buckeye Animal Hospital for several years for annual check-ups and the little things that come up in between. They manage their schedule well, so that there isn't a waiting room full of other animals. Kathy is always kind and gentle with the animals.I also appreciate their common sense treatments. I've been to other vets that try to guilt me into unnecessary procedures or sell me their supplements and essential oils. When I take my dog to the vet, I want to feel that they are focused on making her feel better and not trying to see how much they can run up the bill.
