Jun 30, 2025 · Michelle VargoThe workers here are so friendly! It was hard finding a good vet place that doesn’t seem like they’re only there for the $$. The technician (don’t remember her name) is always so kind, and especially patient with my doodle who can be stubborn when it comes to lab work. I also like that they price match with chewy for meds. They always follow up via text post appointment, which makes the patient experience more genuine.
Jun 06, 2025 · Cassidy AndrejcakI have never had anything but fast efficient service from all the staff here. They are so attentive and compassionate to my dog. She loves going there and seeing them. Exceptional care in all ways.
Feb 03, 2025 · Ron BI truly truly appreciate all the helps from the team. I went there with my kitten last year forgot to leave the feedback. The team is very professional especially the doctors here address all of my questions effectively with knowledgeable explanation all the time!
Jun 17, 2025 · Kris LI’ve never posted a negative review before because I understand the impact it can have on a small business, but in this case, I feel it’s important to share my experience as a warning for potential new clients. When I called as a new client, the staff was very kind, and they set me up with an appointment for a Tuesday at 8:30 AM. I was informed that new clients need to confirm their appointment 48 hours in advance, which seemed reasonable. However, they called me at 8:19 AM on the Saturday before my appointment—just 48 hours prior—to confirm. Unfortunately, I missed the call, and they left a voicemail. When I called back an hour later, I was told I only had 30 minutes to confirm. While I understand the need for confirmation, I wasn’t made aware that there would be a strict 48-hour window for this, nor that I had such a small window to respond. It seems fair to expect that I could respond by the end of the day, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. They were happy to offer me a second appointment, but it was 10 days later, which I declined. This experience was frustrating, especially since there was no clear communication about the strict confirmation policy upfront. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if this is something you’re comfortable with when choosing a vet.
