★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nessie went for her very first vet appointment today and everything went amazing! I love they did a cute little “First Appointment” photo , I love to document growth of people and now little Nessie so it’s great to add to my collection. Dr. Maddox and staff were all very sweet and gentle with her, and she wasn’t scared during anything that happened today. Everyone answered all of my questions and helped me with everything I was unsure about. Can’t wait to come back and see you guys soon, Nessie is excited for more treats ;)
September 09 · Sydney FettigWe are very pleased with the care our animals have received under the care of Dr Maddox and her team. From the initial call, to appointments, to follow up calls/texts, it is apparent they treat animals and their owners as family. Dr Maddox is knowledgeable and very thorough in her exam. She offered advice on our dog's medical condition that we had not yet received from other providers. We were well informed of cost before any treatment was completed. It is comforting to feel that our animals aren't just a number, but truly receiving individualized care!
June 02 · Courtney BumbaughThis place cremated my cat who unexpectedly passed away and I ran them to their clinic hoping they could help. They were very kind and caring during the process. I had received, well my child did, a kitten after my cats passing. I brought the kitten here for a well check, rescheduled an appt for shots and then something happened to where I couldn't keep the kitten anymore. I called and canceled the appointment, and the woman I spoke to was very kind.. apologizing that I couldn't keep my cat and had to suddenly give him back. So you can imagine when my puppy needed vet services, I called here. When I called they had my previous cat and the puppy I was calling about, which at the time I didn't understand. I had called previously to get pricing and what would be done at a first very appointment but don't remember scheduling an appt. I was put on a brief hold, the gal came back and said they could schedule the appointment but would need the exam fee before the appointment. I was confused and asked why, and she explained I had 3 missed appointments. I didn't understand, because I had 1 animal seen there and like stated above, I had to cancel one because he was no longer with me. She mentioned that appointment, one before there for my cat and then one for my puppy, which I do not remember scheduling. I explained this to her and it was basically oh, well sorry.. I was taken aback and kind of insulted. While they are kind and caring, they don't seem to be very good note takers and schedule appointments when none were to be scheduled. This makes me a little apprehensive about visiting this establishment. I understand where they are coming from, but the rigidity of two appointments that were 1. canceled and 2. never made with it only being 1 appointment missed, that seemed silly to me.. Especially when they had no issues with previous payments when I used them for cremation and a well check. I took my business to another vets in town and had no issues. Do with this information what you will.
March 24 · CatherineHad my first appointment here with my cat and it went extremely well, I didn’t have to wait too long to be taken back, front desk was extremely friendly, the place looks very clean and comfortable with free options for food and water. The veterinarian and nurse were so kind to me and my cat and explained everything they were doing and what was going on with my boy. Prices are a little steep but I feel it is worth it for the quality of care they provide.
May 28 · Trinity TimmsI have never gone to a veterinary clinic that is so welcoming and supportive. They know just what to do with my dog who is terrified of the vet. They never once have made me feel bad for the way he acts during his visit. They are so understanding and meet all of his needs. The girls even tried to help out while my toddler started to throw a fit during the appointment. There’s no place that comes close to comparing! 10/10 i recommend to anyone. Especially if your dog doesn’t like going to the vet. They are ready to handle what comes their way & with so much grace!
