★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I know most reviews knock pricing. Lucky for my old man money is an easily discarded good when it comes to compassionate, understanding, and informatively kind service.I pushed off my Hanks departure for as long as I could, ignoring check ups for 6+ months knowing it would be his last one. Dr. Siana Bollman didn’t judge me or put me down for it, she met me with understanding. I just started using her last year, and couldn’t have asked for a more upstanding woman who’s more than deserving of her title as a veterinarian. I’m especially grateful she chose this profession, even though it seems to have chose her.I did my best to hold it together, as I can assume being a veterinarian and seeing what they see on the daily can’t be easy. Hanging up my saddle and hat for good was a heartbreaking reality for a 23 year old who needs to save up for adulthood, and loosing her first horse was even harder. Having Dr. Bollman there was a blessing, she helped let laughter shine through an unbelievably hard day. I don’t remember half of what I said or did yesterday, so I wanted to leave a perfect review she very much so deserves. You can tell she really cares and has a big heart for horses, we have that in common. I can’t wait for the day I’m able to get horses again and hopefully use her again as my veterinarian. Thank you Dr. Bollman. She never saw him in his prime, and loved that he had a thing for Doritos Locos Taco's, so I thought I’d leave these photos here in case she was curious.
August 08 · Macy CookDo not even waste your time with this place!!1st interaction- called to make an appointment to get a mare preg checked, after making the appointment i asked what the total was going to be (wanting to know as one does as well as was going to pay cash because they offer 5% off if you do) they told me over the phone and in a email it would be $116.27. I said okay and showed up. During the appointment they drugged my horse before even trying to check her.? as well as ran a lab exam on her blood that i didn’t ask for… so my total ended up being $275. i let it go and went about my day.2nd interaction- called again to get mare #2 preg checked, while on the phone i made it very clear i needed to know the total out the door price and i did not want anything else done. they again told me $116.27. made the appointment and showed up. everything went fine and i went to pay. “your total is $205.17” at this point i am frustrated. so i made them print me out the receipts from both mares. both papers had completely different totals/pricing for the exact same things? after bringing it up to them they argued they wernt sure what happen but this is the right pricing.moral of the story absolutely DO NOT go here nor trust anything they say/do. as well as vets will do things without your consent to make more money.. this place is a disgrace there is a reason they have a 3 star rating.
June 11 · Whitney ShearerOVERCHARGING THIEFS!Had them X-ray a few horse at auction and they charge $3,500 plus $1,500 for set up is absolutely robbery, plus the vet was brand new and new very good. No one charges these rates. This is legally robbery what this vet does and NO ONE should use them. They are in it for the money and the care of the horses.Stay far, far, far away from this vet unless you want them stealing from you.
January 25 · New2StPete IIDr. Bollman and her team were awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all my questions and explained them in detail so I could understand and make a good decision. She gave me all the options and how they worked and how I could be cost effective but do the best for my horse. Definitely recommend her!
