Calling All Creatures Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Calling All Creatures has given us only the best experiences with our 6-year old Corgi.First, it is all incredibly clean and does not smell like a vet's office in the slightest. We have been to multiple different veterinary establishments and Calling All Creatures stands out, with its cleanliness.I can only speak highly of Dr. Bennet. She is so incredibly kind and attentive, every visit and truly has your pet's bests interests at heart. The office staff in general, do an incredible job of following up after appointments to check on the overall well being of our furry friends, which is comforting to know.I will forever recommend CAC to anyone who needs it!!
Mar 11, 2025 · Jill WatsonI can’t say enough good things about Calling all Creatures. My Beagle, Winnie, was diagnosed with kidney disease in May. Unfortunately treatment and therapeutic support did not work. She took a turn for the worse on Tuesday. Despite our best efforts she didn’t recover. We scheduled her to be put to rest yesterday. As soon as we walked in we were promptly attended to and walked by to the quiet room. There was a soft flannel blanket for Winnie to lay on. We were offered all the time with her. There was no rush. We got to snuggle, kiss, and love on Winnie as much as we wanted. When we were ready, the nurse (and I wish I got her name) was so wonderful and supportive. After the injection of the sedative we were given more time with Winnie. To pet her and say goodbye. We called on family to get their final goodbyes in. After she was laid to rest, out of pain and suffering. The doctor and nurse could not have been better. They let my Winnie go with such compassion, dignity, love, and respect. This was a harrowing experience but the staff at Calling all Creatures was amazing and helped us through this difficult process. Thank you so much for giving our Winnie the love and warmth she needed to cross over the Rainbow Bridge.
Jun 28, 2025 · Tara RipkeThis was my first appointment at this vet! I recently moved and had to leave a vet practice that I had gone to for over 20 years. I was apprehensive to say the least! However I was not only extremely impressed with the doctors and staff but the overall building/office of the practice. I found both the Doctor (Dr. DiLorenzo) and Tech (Ellen) to be outstanding! Additionally, I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the office; from the waiting area, to the patient rooms to the hallways and bathroom. I most definitely checked everything out because this matters to me a lot!Specifically, I have a large dog (100lbs) and three cats, however this appointment only dealt with our dog and one cat.To be completely honest with my review, I did find it to be a little more costly than I was expecting, but I understand that saying “you get what you pay for”, and I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the service, office and entire experience and care provided. Overall, I would 100% recommend this Veterinary Practice.
Jun 28, 2024 · Aimee Sefick (ASefick Gmail)I brought my dog to Calling All Creatures for an initial visit. I found every staff member to be kind, professional and caring. The doctor was thorough and so nice to both myself and my dog. I highly recommend them.
Jun 09, 2025 · Meryl BuczekThe experience was a negative. Have a 300 cash deposit for an echo and was told you could not cancel up 24 hours before or you would lose your deposit. Tried to cancel 12 days before and they told me I had to wait for corporate to issue a check for me to give me my money back. To date I’m still waiting. I would never go back here to let them handle my animal. Dr.was in the room all of 3 minutes . Did not take my cats temperature which2 is usually done. Was told my cat has a heart murmur and suggested a 725 dollar test. My cat was seen by his regular vet in Staten Island in October before I moved out here and found no heart murmur and was told he was healthy. My cat is only 2 1/2 years old. I just can’t figure how this happened in three months. Going back to his vet in Staten Island .Situation was resolved and they did get back to me and give me money back. They were very courteous and happy to hear that my cats test were done by his regular vet and all was normal. I appreciated them resolving the matter with me.👍
