My very active teenage puppy suddenly began limping. We saw Dr Saglimbeni who diagnosed a soft tissue injury, provided a couple of meds, and clear instructions for home care.This was our first visit to Cambridge Street Animal Hospital. We got lucky and found puppy's lifetime vet. Dr Saglimbeni is thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. The entire staff is pleasant, cheerful and obviously well trained. My impression of this practice is that everyone loves animals, enjoys their work, and (especially important) works together as a team. Highly recommend.

In the past few months I have had to visit Cambridge Street Hospital for my 1 year old dog and 9 year old dog for various different reasons. Each and every time the staff that answer the phones are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient getting my pups seen when needed. They are so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. I have seen two different vets there and they both have been skilled and compassionate and are diligent with their follow up. I highly recommend Cambridge Street Animal Hospital for all your preventative and urgent animal needs.

We always love visiting the Cambridge Street Animal Hospital - and our ferrets do too! It's always such a pleasant experience, from the kind front desk staff, to the helpful vet techs, and the very knowledgeable veterinarians. We are very happy with our recent visit with Dr G, and felt at ease knowing our ferret was fully evaluated and cared for. The office is easy to park at and it is very comfortable and quiet inside. We highly recommend this office as your go-to for quality care.

My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Doctor G and managing staff. A simple question regarding an add on to a bill that we were unaware of turned into an unnecessary outcome. The customer service was absolutely horrible from start to finish. I tried to get help with a simple issue, but instead was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism.When I called to speak with someone about my concerns, I was transferred to a manager named Lisa. She was shockingly unhelpful, dismissive, and rude over the phone. Rather than listening or trying to understand the situation, she talked over me, offered no solutions, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience.I’ve never dealt with a manager so unwilling to help or even show basic respect. It was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. It’s extremely unfortunate as we really loved Dr. McCullough and had been seeing her for years.
