- Non-Shaming Approach to Pet Care: Clients appreciate that they are "n't shamed at this office, unlike some of the other vets I've been to in the past," particularly regarding sensitive topics like a cat's weight. This fosters an open, trusting relationship between the vet team and pet owners.

The Cat Doctor Reviews
I am the founder of Billerica Cat Care Coalition. The Cat Dr. is our go-to vet. The staff is thoroughly trained on up-to-date medical practices, extremely kind and pleasant to talk with. And, as importantly, our foster cats get the highest quality care in a quiet environment, which helps soothe stress for felines.
Jun 12, 2025 · Sharon DuBoisI'm new to the area and was looking for a place to establish my cat at. My cat is terrified of mixed vet clinics, so having a cat only clinic within 20min of my house is wonderful.Dr. Erin Kaznocha was my cat's vet for the visit mostly for a due vaccine. Dr. Kaznocha was thorough with her examination, gentle with my anxious cat, and a calming presence. She listened to what I have provided for my cat and gave suggestions to help bring my cat's weight down (my cat loves food...a little too much). I wasn't shamed at this office, unlike some of the other vets I've been to in the past. The pricing for the vet visit was good, compared to some of the VCA clinics I have been to. Overall, I will continue to attend this vet office.Pictured is my kitty who was very well behaved at the appointment.
Feb 08, 2025 · Paige MandelareVery caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy vets. Very nice front desk staff. We feel very safe bringing our cat here and would highly recommend the practice.
Nov 20, 2024 · Trevor BassDr.Anne and her staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, caring people! I trust them will all my cats and would recommend this clinic to any and all cat parents, without hesitation! (Gary approves this review.)
May 19, 2021 · Ann AssarssonThe Cat Doctor is the best vet I have ever been to or heard of. Both the doctors (in my case, Dr. Richards) and even the front desk staff are highly knowledgeable and clearly caring. They are cat people through and through, and if you are a cat owner in the area, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. I am pretty sure the front desk staff know more about cats than some vets do at other offices.I am so grateful that I took my 13 year old kitty here. I tried three other vets and experienced everything from apathy to downright inaccurate information. As long as I live nearby, I will never need to look for a vet again :)
