Winchester Veterinary Group Reviews
This was our first time at Winchester Veterinary Group, and we were very pleased. Our dog is over 15 years old and has a number of health issues. Dr. Ding was friendly to us and our dog. He got down on the floor with her to make her more comfortable, and midway through the exam, our dog was giving Dr. Ding kisses on his face. He took his time examining her and explaining his findings and treatment suggestions clearly. We felt very confident in his expertise and knowledge. Moreover, he built a great rapport with our dog and us. The staff at the hospital was friendly and informative. As promised, Dr. Ding called us the day after the appointment with results and next steps to take. Everything was done in a timely and respectful way. We are excited about the future with this veterinary hospital.Love the new location! It's much larger and has a surgeon on staff. We brought our puppy Felix there today. The staff is still friendly and gave us a puppy starter pack.
Jun 25, 2025 · KatherineEveryone at Winchester Vet Group is so nice and compassionate. Dr. Chase took the time to go over multiple options for helping to treat my pups arthritis. She explained the benefits/research on each option very well. Amazing staff!!
Nov 16, 2024 · Kevin MyrenDesk staff is very helpful and friendly, and you can tell Dr. Rising has such a knowledge and passion for animals!
May 13, 2025 · Emily SuretteNo practice is perfect, but having worked here for seven years, I realize how much this place has helped me grow, both personally and professionally. I love my patients, my team, and my community; they have helped me become a better doctor and a better, stronger person. COVID has presented unique difficulties, but for the most part I'm very proud of how we've been able to dig in and face adversity in a myriad of forms. We're passionate about delivering quality care for our patients and clients to the best of our ability and to the extent of our physical limitations. I look forward to welcoming our community back in the building someday - we couldn't have made it this far without you!
Apr 03, 2021 · Gabriele ChaseMy family moved over from another vet clinic and we haven't looked back since. I cannot stress what wonderful work the full staff does from reception to the doctors. On Friday I had made the toughest decision I hope most pet owners do not have to make and that is putting your pet to sleep. Our 14 year old dog Gogo was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen and the doctors did all they could do to ensure her time was spent in comfort. When that time came, the doctor handling this was new to the practice and it was a tough position to put him in as well but he was professional through and through. More importantly, he was compassionate, he talked us through what was going to happen and what to expect. (I will edit to get the doctors name). As this was his 4th shift with the clinic you would never have known it. All the doctors in this practice have seen us through all of our pets and have cared for them as if they were their own pets. The loss of Gogo was crushing to me but the staff was as compassionate as they could be. You are in good hands if you bring your pets here!
