Under the leadership of Dr. Katarina Luther, DVM, the clinic offers a spectrum of services ranging from routine Wellness check-ups and Vaccinations to complex Surgery and life-saving Diagnostic Testing. This deep expertise can be the difference-maker in critical situations, as evidenced by a powerful client review noting, "Cat Care Clinic saved my cat's life in 2021" after a complex emergency that other clinics struggled to manage. The ability to receive an honest and empathetic opinion that leads to a positive outcome highlights the clinic’s dedication to advocacy for its patients.
While clients acknowledge that the premium, top-notch service can be expensive, they consistently emphasize that the quality of care is unparalleled and well-worth the price, especially for senior cats or those with complex, chronic issues. The clinic encourages pet owners to consider a reasonable pet insurance plan to ensure they can afford this top-tier service without financial stress, securing the best health outcomes for their cherished feline companions.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Cat Care Clinic saved my cat's life in 2021. When he was blocked and UW Vet Emergency handed me a piece of paper of putting my cat to sleep, we took him to Cat Care Clinic and my cat was saved.Cat Care Clinic's doctor gave us a very honest and empathetic opinion and now our cat (Ness) is 5 years.Of course, vet appointments CAN be quite expensive. However, it is also owner's responsibility to get a reasonable pet insurance. We were lucky enough to get a pet insurance where we can get a top notch service at a fraction of cost.Thank you Cat Care Clinic, you guys are amazing. June 07 · T S-L
- The Cat Care Clinic was the main clinic for our three senior kitties. The vets and vet techs were all awesome, we were usually able to get same-day appointments when needed, and have overall had a really good experience with this clinic.I am giving 4 starts because, whew, this clinic is EXPENSIVE. If you have insurance, it's well-worth the price. However, you can definitely get quality care at a more comfortable price at other clinics in the area. July 27 · Taylor Boegel
- We’ve been taking our cats here for a while now, and they’ve always been fantastic. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and really take their time to explain everything. They’re also amazing at handling cats—especially one of ours who gets very anxious at the vet, and somehow they manage it so calmly and kindly every time. The clinic itself is clean and cat-friendly, the wait times are short, and I really appreciate how thorough they are without pushing unnecessary stuff. Great care, great people, great value. Highly recommend. May 03 · Katarzyna Radziwon
- I brought my cat here two years ago after he had been having coughing fits for a couple of days. Dr. Gallagher told me that it was likely asthma and prescribed a steroid inhaler. I went to the pharmacy to pick up the inhaler, discovered that it was going to cost $500, and declined it. I called Dr. Gallagher, who was surprised at the cost, and he said we'd explore other options once my cat was through with his small steroid pill prescription.About a week later, my cat coughed up his first hairball and was totally back to normal. I think he may have had lung irritation from sitting in the window as well-this was during the period of terrible wildfire smoke that summer- but he does not have asthma. If the inhaler would have been, say, $50, I would have taken it home and given my cat unnecessary steroids for who knows how long. That seems pretty dangerous, so my trust in this place was instantly wiped out.Recently, I started working with Paws & Claws Mobile Veterinarian to get my cat's vaccines updated and do some dental work. Cat Care received several requests from both myself and the new vet for my cat's records from his last visit. It took a full month, and me walking into the office in person, before those records were sent. I understand that my experience isn't everyone's and that a couple of staff don't reflect the entire group, but I'm left feeling like this place is shady and I personally would never bring another cat here. - My 20 year old kitty was all of the sudden unable to move or get up, after getting a second opinion we know now she had a stroke and most likely had a brain tumor/cancer. I saw Dr Gallagher and was surprised to have been met with 0 compassion as he told me he would euthanize — the front desk staff was great and even offered more condolences and compassion - and was giving an aura that I was to blame and was a bad cat mom, this was also reflected in the after visit summary he gave, which didn’t account for the issue I brought my baby in for. It didn’t make sense and he told me things I already knew that happens when cats age. I am so so dissatisfied with this vet, I only went there because of their open availability and I would’ve saved myself and kitty some stress and tears if I had gone somewhere else originally, to someone who actually gave me an accurate and understandable diagnosis of what was happening to my kitty and what she needed, with much compassion. Which is the base line of what qualities you should carry when working with animals and people. I had an excellent, informative, and compassionate experience at the vet I spoke to elsewhere, the opposite of Dr Gallagher at the cat care clinic. Rest in peace my sweet baby ❤️❤️Also — how they reply to peoples negative comments being defensive and giving too much information, rather than taking the criticism and handling it internally and apologizing is very telling.
